There has been much higher short levels on TLW and PMO. I expect enquest to follow the rise but perhaps at a slightly more pedestrian pace.

Agree with you there Centamin has NOT been heavily shorted down to this level. But it could be BlackRock still reducing ?

I think WorldQuant shorted mostly from the 160 area, so they have done ok.

Premier needed Navitas mostly for the money, obviously the NewCo don't need the money as they are backed by Private Equity. They might want to keep Navitas due to links with one of the most agressive militaries in the world, also rather pally with the largest military in the world.
Might be useful for the sabre ratling Argies.

Probably hoping to double down at a low low price just before news. Our other serial negative poster admitted he was buying all along !!

A 2 year bull market much of a cycle now is it ? Means that article's main premise is flawed. I also read somewhere that banks were turning to Bitcoin instead of Gold to hedge their inflation risk now that is just laughable !
