Bob - not sure what you mean. A ‘provision to ensure SM doesn’t break the contract’?
SM have in place significant cost contingencies which are constantly reviewed to help mitigate any construction liabilities they own which may come to fruition. Provisional sums are sums placed into the contract for items which may or may not need to be drawn down and which cannot always be accurately predicted or priced for at design stage.

The contracts are not all risk and if you’d read the prospectus and RPA report you would know this .... which you haven’t.

Construction delays will significantly hurt.
We must get revenue in ASAP and as forecast.

Observation looking into the corporate bond world.
The iShares iBox $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF has 991 holdings of various grade bonds including many ‘junk’
What I found interesting was of these 991 corporate bonds only 22 had a coupon greater than 10% and none above 12.5%

This does make our IB look very very expensive and does it also correlate to meaning very high risk? (And high reward)

And that takes into account Chesh’s subs.

6 months ago we stated we were in ‘advanced negotiations’ with a state owned ME chemical and petrochemical distributor to enter a MOU. And also in advanced talks with a ME purchaser for an off take agreement for 7 yrs for up to a total of 0.9M Tonnes.

Not aware there has been any further updates.

Next quarterly update could be a lengthy one.
