Its all about shaft sink risk.
CF should have known this years ago and sequenced the build accordingly.
The bond market hates the risk of the shaft. Derisk the shaft and we are away.
Anyone got a shovel.

Few things IMO
The mine will be built but a little later
It’s going to cost a bit more
Private shareholders will still have equity
Dilution in some form on the way
At production (10mtpa) we will be a £5B -£10B market cap business... in 2024 - 2025
Therefore even if our equity is halved (20B) shares the SP will be 25p -50p come 2024-2025

The trades are managed by SETS.
Nothing to do with manipulation by the MM as you imply.

Reminder of what the company said a month ago

A spokesman for the company explained that the trade war ramping up between the US and China had caused a negative impact on the market, prompting Sirius to postpone the bond issue.

He said: "It's not a cancellation, construction is still going ahead, and we plan to reissue [the bonds] by the end of September."

The big question is...
Do we have world leaders in raising finance which doesn’t dilute shareholders...

For all other aspects we appear to be first class not forgetting it is us PI’s that helped fund this world class project thus far.
