Fraser was under pressure to minimise dilution which is why he went for the debt option. With hindsight this was too optimistic.The rules have now changed....On successful ST2 what would market cap have been at first poly? £3B?? 2021.We are now at market cap £300m. For me if it takes dilution of 50-75% to get this done then so be it. CF mandate to dilute now is much greater, gloved are off. As long as PI still have some ownership, even at 25% the rewards from here are huge.

There will be a queue of folk lining up to guarantee the shaft, the rewards are too huge and our leverage position too weak. Happy for that company to have royalties, say even up to 40%. The work is already underway.

The sentiment is great but no one is going to give £500m for 10%. That values us at £5B.....
I’d be happy if someone came in to pay for and underwrite the shafts (£500m) they then can have half the business. Leaves PI’s with 45%.
Any further funding would be debt.

Yes the TBR is flying.
Clear the risk item is the shaft sinking. CF didn’t go into detail yesterday on the shaft programme. The latest from the company stated
‘The Company is confident of accelerating the shaft sinking schedule by up to 6 months in partnership with DMC...’
Any thoughts on what the status of the shaft sink could be in 3-6 months?
Of all the construction this for me us the critical one.
