So Alan you’ll be backing Corbyn then who wants take the foreign owned UK companies back to state owned..... Never had you as a socialist but strange times
Complete agree PAAA There is no reason to suspend. CF caused this crash by introducing a mega dollop of uncertainty. Absolute bloodbath now for this period of uncertainty. Hopefully the fog will lift later into Oct or Nov.
Apology accepted Nigel.look forward to your ongoing assessment. Careful on this BB though, does get lively... Rampers, derampers, scamps, shorters, dreamers,....etc
Nigel, I expect there are a few on the sidelines similar to yourself there Nigel, assessing this next phase. See you at the 10p party.., See what I did there...
Appy Yes we know that CF will be preferring a strategic partner. This will be in exchange for dilution in some form whether it’s royalties or shares. The history of our company shows we’ve been built on ‘dilution ‘..., the hope was that the unlocked value would outpace the cost of dilution but the SP currently contradicts this.
Thanks Sorcerer, I just think we may need to give away more given timescales and our weak position . And let’s be honest, we have always fallen on the wrong side of ranges when planing funding so a worse case for me is prudent. My point being from 3p and a market cap of £200m leaves a fkn lot of headroom when realising we have £5B+ asset once funding in place. Even if PI’s are left with 20% of the company come 2024 the SP would be well well well north of 3p....,and there would be divis..., I’m not suggesting we will be left with 20% BTW.
Nigel I don’t disagree. Interesting that you post weak sell. This would have been wise at 40p... 10p Is it wise at 3p? Unless you wish to help promote your self fulfilling prophecy...
Now the RCF is dead CF now has lots and lots of routes to funding. I’m expecting a comprehensive plan that will get the shafts built and paid for. May include more bonds with warrants and possibly a big Rights Issue meaning possibly a doubling or even trebling of the share register and possibly more royalties. This would have been horrible to consider when we were trading at 25p+ and had a market cap of £1B. The landscape and base level has been recalibrated. Bloody bloody painful but... you’ve got to remember the value that is unlocked once funded.... it’s massive and in the Billions!!! Therefore , is there value at 3p if there is a deal, even with huge dilution... ????
JR Please explain.... ‘right finance news...’? I’m long on this as I believe PI will still play a part in the company that completes this mine .... but likely at significant dilution ... or we forgoe a huge eye watering royalty. 30-50 % for someone to say complete the shaft. I have massively recalibrated where we may get to and based it from £200m market cap and 3p SP.
If someone came in and offered 10p a share for the company I’d bite their hand off!!
How did you calculate 20p and have you reassessed this investment in light of the CF bombshell last week??
NoEasy ‘Will it be to the advantage of current shareholders...’ This is indeed the question and has to be measured against a SP of 3p and company market cap of £220m. Not against a SP of say 30p, that is old news. So will it be worthwhile if bought in at 3p.... No use looking backwards. One has to assess the case in front of us. And although I don’t believe it will take 6 months for the BoD to confirm strategy, I also don’t believe we will get news in the next few weeks. In the meantime bets are off, it’s open season.
