Three of the best things that you can do with ODX on here:

1) Don't buy any ODX stock until they can prove the BoD aren't using the company as a personal piggy bank and they can actually deliver

2) Block stalkers "calamity Kate" and "fakey2". Both bring nothing to the board and are either as thick as mince or totally disingenuous. Either way they are toxic and clearly have car crash lives that are utterly pointless.

I know both of them still reply to my posts and it gives me pleasure knowing that I cannot read their gibberish and secondly by jus having a green stripe it removes any temptation to reply to them. Instead their efforts are as wasteful, without merit or any form of impact - a perfect reflection of the reality of their lives.

The IAG didn't have any power and the BoD couldn't give a monkeys.

Thinking more about the RNS it just screamed a lack of ambition and competence. It is always easy to spend money, not so easy to deliver. Apart from the CFO I have zero confidence in the board.

It's looking more and more likely, sadly. The bondholders call should be interesting.

The first court case was a disaster and the FCA have yet again ruined a business with the games they played. What is done is done. In theory AMGO should be clearing up currently but the people they used to lend to won't be able to borrow if the underwriting terms are too high. Depending on the criteria being set I do wonder who AMGO are now aiming for. It is a smaller niche than before, even though the lending is likely "safer" from a default perspective. I wouldn't be touching the sub prime market with a barge pole. As we saw in the news today charities are getting a huge uptick in people that spent on credit for Xmas and now can't afford it. Because these idiots are so entitled they will no doubt be asking for debt to be written off or different terms.

It isn't all there fault - plenty of corporations do it as well.. It is just us in the middle that always seem to do the right thing.

Anyway, the lack of lending won't attract finance houses under writers so it is looking a bit grim atm.

As the RNS demonstrates - this share is for gamblers. Until we get the update in April you can spend as much time on here arguing with yourselves and it will make zero difference.

If you're holding a big loss currently then hold as it may come good but if it doesn't then your additional loss won't be much more.

If you're thinking of buying, just don't unless you fancy a flutter. Some positives in this stock undermined by a woeful track record. IF the April update shows that losses are contained and that sales growth is underway then jump in. Even at a 30% increase this stock is in the bucket shop category so you won't have "lost" anything.

It's not as if holders weren't warned. Although drowned out by those that had little understanding of what they were promoting plenty warned about the new CEO and the ever expanding business plan. When you all went crazy over the HVAC potential almost none of you replied to me when I highlighted the limitations of the partnership and the more vague structures put in place.

It wasn't the masks fiasco or the red flags of a rebrand/rename that got me - it was the idiots that thought everyone else was wrong and just couldn't see how NNN was going to take over the world.

This £400K is a last gasp. It is keeping the lights on in the hope that one of the many avenues on the plan will pay off.

Agree Captain. The idea of compensation from the government is laughably naive. The best result is that nothing is refunded. The most likely that a token will be paid back. They need to look at the bigger picture.

The disgraceful PPE Medpro saga is now heading to the high court. What is interesting is the government response.

Mediation failed. The company have said that it had made “numerous attempts at mediation with DHSC” but that the health department “didn’t want to settle”.

On the plus side ODX is a minor player arguing over a relatively low amount. However, if this is the approach by the DHSC and the government want a "win" where they can claim they have got money back from "greedy" companies that " cashed in" during Covid (a potentially good argument politically) then ODX may not get a easy ride. What it cannot afford to do is go to the high court.

Interesting times.

I would be looking at the science very carefully before dipping in. (It doesn't work and is being driven by the carbon companies as they don't have any plan B.

Producing hydrogen is hugely wasteful and distribution through a grid has huge technical issues. It's a pipe dream except in niche cases.

One of the problems with boards like this is they encourage short termism. Business development in most cases isn't quick. It takes time, effort and a bit of luck.

No wonder the green stripes end up in pointless arguments and spamming the board with lies. All they achieve is demonstrating how little they know.

For ODX the next major news will be on the mediation progress. Then it will be the trading update around March. Nothing much is going to be achieved before the new year now so most are just wasting pixels.

The biggest issue ODX stockholders have is the volume of 4p holders that are desperate to get out. To combat that the spring update will need to be good enough to show real progress. (for the idiots that means salves vs costs)

I wonder how many of you green stripe fools have done any research on the Las Vegas show.

Good news -

ODX has a good stand position. It is the one I would have chosen. They will get lots of people passing.
The show gets around 4500 attend. So close to Xmas that is remarkable for a niche event. (Yes, I am suspicious)
It is cheap - the stand cost $9K. Include flights and accommodation etc and it likely has cost less than $35K all in

The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine have no credibility in mainstream research or medical markets. They are dissociated from the ABMS and AMA.
I don't know where anti aging even aligns with the gut products being promoted.

Today was just an adjustment to spread. Lack of trade and mainly one way .

I said this would drift back. With the £4m in the bank it may hover around 3p but wouldn’t surprise me if we saw it dip into 2p range by Xmas. At these prices barely anything to lose by selling and coming back in spring when next update is due.
