In all of this I think most are missing the elephant in the room.

Businesses like ODX almost always suffer from poor governance. A chummy BoD counting money that hasn’t arrived can be toxic. Money that has arrived on a value deliverable even worse.

Have any of you holders that have lost a lot asked the question? Or asked for evidence that the directors met their fiduciary duties when appraising this contract?

If they failed they could be sued…

Congrats to all holders that stuck it out. Hopefully you will be able to make some profit on this. I am waiting for the dilution before stepping back in but I wish all holders and of course Amigo Loans a long and prosperous future.

Bad news Friday coming in the morning? Hope not. I have a modest amount (6k) in this and am well down. I hope they can turn it around as I believe in the brand. Hope it isn't another Laura Ashley but the share is clearly being played with by someone. The days of 40p seem a long time ago.

I doubt anyone visits this board looking to invest in ODX. If they do they may be swayed by fraudulent claims by some but they are easy to spot. The facts speak for themselves. Despite countless posts per day (it is as if you don't have a job to go to) this share will not do anything but dip towards 2p until positive news is received. How do we know? Facts. The fact is this share has nearly no interest in it. Just look at todays volume

Keep spamming the board with guess work, horse racing tips, fraudulent claims, insults, projection and idiocy all you like but it won't make a difference to your share profile. If anything a serious investor would take one look here and realise that the board is dominated by a couple (same) dole claiming slackers before running a mile. The green stripes could be the true "derampers". Ironic.

Why do you still reply to Caley2, Dsaf? The account is clearly from a barking mad non entity. Never debates a point. Always makes up some weird projection about people that dare post anything but hysterical ramping. Just before I blocked it I said that I have run a couple of my own businesses* and sat on a BoD - that turned into me being on the board of a FTSE 350 company. LOL.

Just pointless trying to engage with it. It just clutters the board. If we all green striped the freaks the board would actually be pretty good.

*To be fair I can categorically state that my businesses are more profitable than ODX and have better EDITDA ! haha.

I wrote about this a couple of days ago but the sea of dross drowned it.

For balance I made the comparison to homeopathy and other pseudo science rubbish. This is a multi billion dollar industry. Food intolerance tests also vary hugely. The home test kits are different to the more lab based ones. You can also consider that if the test is not sold as a medical device the regulation is much looser (although it must still meet normal standards to protect consumers).

That is the plus. BUT, the downsides are huge. These are miracle tests. The market is crowded and lots of other factors are involved - the self medicating loons will "know" already they are allergic to (name whatever food de jour to be intolerant to) .
Fundamentally the core products are very niche and will have limited distribution. I cannot see them making money as it stands. The £4m if it comes (note the slight change in tone in the RNS) and the settlement with government (no RNS since Feb) are the only two bits of news that will shift the price before a trading update. Based on my research on marketing reach I wouldn't be holding my breath.

Totally agree. It has been really liberating. Reading Caley2 and Calamity Kate is like a window into stupidity where you can feel brain cells die just reading the drivel. Clueless. Neither of them seem to have a job of any note. They certainly neither know anything about business or the stock they are meant to be invested in. Best left imo. After all:

is likely the most insightful thing Calamity Kate has ever posted on here.

Is she trying to have a go at me again? Perhaps she needs to start charging me rent as I am clearly living rent free in that tiny brain of hers currently. What I find amusing is that she and others will take 1+1 and still make 3.65. Say that you have contracts experience and suddenly you're a lawyer. Say that you have sat on a BoD and suddenly you're Bill Gates (except you're not because everything you say is made up - even though you haven't said it).

Sometimes I wonder if it would be fun unblocking her inanity again.

If they were confident of compensation where is the court case? Where is the RNS to state that contact has been made?

At best they will keep the fee paid by the taxpayer.

You don’t get rewarded simply because you fail at reading commercial contracts . The same for RNS - something many of you fail to read correctly as well

Imagine posting as much as calamity Kate and still not understanding what mcap is.
