Even the markets have reacted positively to "Kates" departure. 4% up today and a bit more volume.

I have said for a long time that this stock is going under 3p again. I watch volume and trades like a hawk and can actually read an RNS.

No way can this sustain this price with likely news of trading.

If anyone dares mention the £50k order from the US - we have had silence since then and that order won’t even cover the directors monthly wage bill.

Buy in after the EoY trading update if they have some jam tomorrow stuff that can be believed in my view. It’s not even worth trading at these levels.

Anyone that can read an RNS and determined what it says rather than what they think it says and has a clue about how business works, can read a basic P&L and understand what the business invested in actually does won't go far wrong on this one. The mistake (learnt the hard way) is bringing emotion into it. If people have none of these skills and just run on emotion they aren't investing, just gambling based on a hunch.

I feel sorry for most LTHs here that have lost lots. Not the two idiots as they just refuse to learn anything so deserve everything.

Big threat on this board are the circling hawks who want mug punters to swap money from one car crash to another. Mining stocks, crypto etc etc.

For me it is an indication of utter failure. Near enough a year later and not one warrant is exercised. That means we still have a massive liability sat waiting patiently for action.

It is also cause to reflect on the reasons for the raise in the first place. At the top of the list:

"The Board believes the best route to market would be to replicate the Company's CNS Laboratory service direct to health care professionals and ultimately direct to consumer"

However, as is the way with ODX they changed tune and are now seeking a partner to provide services. This is a material change from the intended fund purpose and will deeply impact margins for US development.

We will see in the next couple of weeks where the money is going. I would expect the only glimmer would be reducing cash burn and heavy investment in new types of tests that have some credibility behind them. They can see with everyone else that the market is shifting rapidly to microbiome discovery but we have to wait to see if they **** this opportunity up as they did with Covid testing.

As someone who has read just about every RNS since 2017 I am not holding my breath. In the meantime they have a ticking time bomb sat waiting to pounce should the share price reach 4p.

The next RNS will be around 6/7th April. Until then unless the mediation concludes I doubt you will hear anything so this daily noise is pointless (what is new?)

In the meantime I would point anyone with any sense of objectivity to the trading update of Jan 18th. Here is some help:

"later than anticipated receipt of customer orders" - means sales were down and took longer to get over the line

"Potential stockbuilding opportunities have been limited in recent months, given...the close management of working capital" - means "we were nearly bankrupt and didn't have a pot to urniate in". In reality this explains why, even when sales did arrive (do the math btw on the order book) they couldn't respond

"Year-end cash levels are expected to remain substantial and will be c. £5.0 million" - means they will have spent the best part of £1.6 million so the bleeding is still rapid. Below £5m and alarms bells should ring.

"a capital investment programme of c. £1m can be delivered from existing funds and deliver improvements once executed next year." Jame tomorrow. Ask yourselves - if they have the money in the bank why the delay?

"Company confirms it is now pursuing a partnership route" - means lower margins as they fundamentally don't have the skills or resource to do it themselves

This being has latched onto a share that is similar to it - shouts loudly but is utterly ignored by most and is largely worthless.

Time for what?

We are seeing the sad realisation from small PI's that they won't get to see their money again and selling at huge losses. When I see the 5000, 10,000 trades go through I imagine the person who made it and what loss they have taken. It really is painful to see but honestly I cannot see any benefit of holding at the moment.

Far too much uncertainty. The banks didn't even want to give them an overdraft facility despite the money that one off fire sales generated.

The only two things that matter are the update and the government contract dispute. Whatever way it is spun it is pretty grim.

Fundamentally I agree - ODX got carried away. They saw £350m being waved around and jumped in rather than reading what is VERY obvious. Corporations (and government) will write contracts that transfer risk and retain power. Same with the contract. The fact the BoD didn't seem to realise this is not the fault of the government.

Where they became really culpable and where questions regarding their fudiciary duties haven't been answered are:

1) Did they seek legal advice at the time of the contract award?
2) As the contract was directly related to producing a test that passed Porton standards did they do everything to ensure that this happened? We know they were late filing paperwork and we also know the test didn't pass muster so something went wrong. This issue in particular will be used by the government lawyers in mediation.

The best case scenario for ODX is that they won't pay back any advance. If that is on the table they would be fools to reject it. As this is just as much a political matter than a commercial one it is hard to call the outcome except for one thing.

If anyone believes ODX will get money for things they never produced from a contract that clearly stated its frame of reference they need to give their head a wobble. Writing off what is spent by the government (esp as low as £2.5m) is easier to see as it will be easier to bury imo.

It is in ODXs and the governments interest to settle this in mediation.

This is one of the most overlooked stocks around and has a great opportunity longer term to exceed pre pandemic levels. Haven’t been more confident in a stock since MNZS.

Which did the green stripe liar go for? Never got the CEO of FTSE 350 company. Never claimed that. Am I or have I ever been a CEO? Yes. Were/Are these businesses more profitable than ODX? Yep. I could run a lemonade stand and make more profit than ODX. Do I sit on boards? Yes (this will confuse the hell out of you know who).

Anyway - my guess. The valid point I raise hasn't been denied or refuted.
