Let me guess - the spamming liar has not posted a single piece of evidence and is just spamming the board with accusations.

It knows that it doesn't have a leg to stand on. I guess the anger sessions are the only value it can get from the £200 it invested even though with the amount of spamming I can only see that it will be making itself miserable and likely a little bit mental. Anti depressant drugs are addictive so the dose may need increasing.

If someone asks "What did you ODX gamble make you?" and your reply is "A nervous breakdown and a life time of drug dependancy" it maybe best to write the money off and just move on if you value happiness and sanity.

Can we try and stick to facts rather than try and argue with a liar?

Unless it presents an evidence based counter argument the fruitcake should be ignored (I just a green stripe which is great)

Just referee back to the Jan RNS - it’s worse than I thought. They were blaming the current site for capacity issues but have said that they have the lease now until Jan 2025.

So even if they get the orders flooding in they cannot fulfil them. Meaning that actual fulfilment unless the consultancy can change things dramatically will be no more than £7m this FY.

What’s mess

I have no problem with sourcing expertise. The sign of good leadership is that you bring in people better than you - it’s a humility that makes better companies - even when run by narcissists (see Tesla)

The issue with ODX is they have used it as a last resort. Reaction instead of anticipation is not great for a business.

On plus side they have managed to retain £5m in the bank. The order book is also nearly a 25% of annual revenue.

Apart from that it is slim pickings. They know it’s bad because they have had to bring a company in that knows how to run a business. Damning for board as they should have done this years ago.

As always with ODX jam tomorrow - however unlike in previous years they won’t even tell us how much jam! This could be because of better management discipline (CFO) or that things are looking pretty dire.

Notice the row back about the app? It is now restricted to just one provider. In other words the end result is rubbish so they still need to develop it into something meaningful.

The very worst bit? After a piddling sale in the US they can only state they have received a second order. That is shocking.

This company is baffling. The “well we have money in the bank” attitude is also massively concerning. A poor BoD that now thinks inaction is okay because despite losing £2 million it doesn’t need to accelerate sales activity.

No mediation meeting either and sounds like they are totally unprepared. They should have a clear startegy and a settlement proposal. It’s reads like they are going to turn up and see what happens!

The thing is you don't - that is the problem. You have been sold vapour. Some progress has been made but was ramped and ramped. NNN was a rebrand to keep the joke running. First masks you couldn't breath through and were too expensive and now HVAC filters no one cares about. Yes the filter market is huge but that misses the point.

Anyone ramping this has zero morals.

If this is true you must be mad.

Funding at the moment for companies with tangible sales and growth is hard enough. For many more opaque businesses it is almost impossible.

As I said at the time the HVAC stuff is almost fantasy. Talk to any heating engineer about filters. They are a commodity item that most care not a jot about. Even if EVERY client of Volz moved to nano filters it still wouldn't be enough to save this vanity project.

Back in 2021 ish three dog shares came on my radar.

ODx, NNN and SYME

It was a competition to see which one failed first. NNN went terminal yesterday and SYME is next in my view.

It is a money draining illusion. The way TF panned out is scandal. In my view this company is living on borrowed time and grifter is going to run out of your money.

Dog share is a dog. When people were ramping over the air con filter project and all the other “product trying to find a use” everyone was warned that this would happen.

In the current market raising funds is tough, even for healthy businesses. NNN has always been one man’s fantasy project. It has a history of failure and sadly some of you are left holding the baby.

Sorry to all that ignored all the red flags.

Yep. Only thing stopping it currently falling below 3p is the lack of liquidity. I imagine that is because LTHs are so far under that they feel reluctant to solidify losses. It has been happening for near enough 2 years now. They cling to a fantasy of quick recovery.

If people are willing to wait 3 years then hold IMO. If they want to sell quickly I cannot see much upside for anyone with an average above 4p for a long time yet, except the prospect of a pump and dump (which this stock is almost made for).

Agree - they either don't realise that shareholders left holding the baby in May will be wiped out. £5.3b in new equity rights? The current shares are as worthless as AMGO shares. May be a good buy when this all goes through and the money men have control.

I hate it when dead stocks are ramped to fool the gullible and hard of thinking.

Apart from the fact green hydrogen is largely a myth and by all accounts totally unviable for most markets. It is just a pipe dream for big oil companies to keep the train going for a bit longer. CWR has great tech but sadly until we have an abundance of energy that cannot be used more efficiently the myth that hydrogen is coming to save the day remains just that.

So what do we know about Cirdan? They say:

It appears they sold the business to a company called Cirdan so if they have developed it then it will the first App they have had (they are in the Lab Info Systems market so you can see the synergy. In the sale 2 employees were TUPED across - my guess the lead devs.

So this "leading" software company was actually a couple of guys from a bankrupt company that has joined another company that have no patient facing app experience.

What on earth is going on? These have been in administration since 2021. Did Jag think he got a bargain by buying the code/IP and then getting a couple of devs to rebrand it? Are the actual developer and if so how have they managed to do work when the company is being dissolved?

Anyone downloaded it?

Didn't think so. So here is my take:

1) It is invisible on the IoS store. You have to search for "My Health Tracker" to find it, BUT
2) The first result is "My Health Tracker Pro" which isn't meant to be launched yet and isn't working. So you go back and download the standard My Health Tracker instead AND
3) It doesn't work. After 2 pages of REALLY badly written Privacy Policy and Terms you find out that all you've done is registered interest in a platform that clearly isnt working. This would explain other stuff:
4) The colours are REALLY washed out and have as much impact being insulted by Caley2 (none)
5) They have confused things by having it for practitioners/quacks and patients. Sure have a portal for practitioners but the website is a horlicks. It doesn't seem that convinced about who it is meant to be talking to or what its real purpose is.

In light of this it is no wonder that they didn't bother advertising it.

This could have legs but it seems all a bit half ****d and the launch of it reflects this. I now have two apps on my phone that are as redundant and pointless as Caley2.

(My bet is the diet tracking doesn't have food look ups and you have to manually enter it - making it all but pointless)
