The figures they are projecting are wrong.

If you believe a loss making business that has sold off its most credible product to stay afloat and needs consultants to tell them how to run the business then fine.

Back on planet earth this remains a gamble stock with no positive form indicating a positive outcome.

I cannot believe people invested don't know how the company operates.

The issues with manufacturing capacity seem to be many but the main issue is this company escaped bankruptcy by the skin of its teeth last year. That meant that investment had been all but halted until the money from selling off its "crown jewel" (as quoted in previous RNS results before being dismissed as "loss making"). This can have a catastrophic impact on the way a business operates - especially in small businesses with a mediocre C Suite (and Colin was right to go despite everything).

How investors don't know this is baffling. No wonder some are so under water.

Don't be fooled - for more than half a decade ODX has never made a penny profit. They survive due to asset striping and share dilution/raises.

Covid was the big play but they didn't have the expertise to pull it off. Poor or late submissions, tests that didn't meet standards, crazy expansion on the back of potential etc etc all left it massively exposed with a potential £2.5 million hole in its finances if it needs to pay the tax payer back.

What is left is desperation - consultants brought in to solve significant workflow issues in manufacturing, a dreadful, poorly thought out "App" started with a now defunct developer and a half hearted attempt to break America (again). The cash burn continues and the only thing left in the cupboard is an old test that has limited appeal due to the health market shifting towards the gut microbiome.

Unless this business gets a grip it is in terminal decline. It suffers from extremely low liquidity, meaning that any bad news may see huge volatility on small volumes and a potential "dash for the door" for those desperately holding out after gambling assets during the heady covid days.

The facts are all available in RNS. Look at the last 5 years P&L. Look at the promises being made back in 2018 and compare that to the reality of today.

Only a complete mug would stay invested in this currently.

I warned last week that the pump and dump, often due to RNS, real or predicted, is the SYME MO.

Running out of others people money, ludicrous levels of dilution and a totally unjustifiable market cap.

I have some magic beans to sell - some of you sound the perfect lot to sell them to.

This stock has been here before. It's a pure gamble so treat it as such.

This is what happens to bad companies. Some take months. Some take years. But they all end up like this unless the sell or they get decent people in.

The above has been a covid stock like ODX. Promised much, delivered little. Had a new strategic review regularly. Even changed its name. But a dog is a dog.

The people that fell for the pump are simply reminders that DYOR means exactly that.

Some of us have been saying that this share was a dog since the change of name (and before). Even the company announced it was running out of money by June and some LTHs still carried on ramping and professed not to sell.

The same is tue for AMGO - still trading despite it being on a controlled wind down. SYME another P&D stock that is cashing chips its trading record cannot cash.

Delusional or greedy, I am not sure which but this was a lousy company with lousy management (IMO) and its closure is not a loss.

Lots of other penny shares will (and should) go the same way.

Hope not. This is a fundamentally good company that has the opportunity to be the next Menzies. The name change is great as it separates us from being known as just a UK based coach company.

It has never recovered to pre covid levels despite significant progress. I expect this to bag and a buy out would ruin that currently.

90 million warrants just sat there. Representing a 38% dilution, yet to be realised.

Take those into account with todays market cap and the share price is effectively 0.01776.

This is a noose around the necks of holders.

Yes they are, but that misses the point. Anyone can create confetti with a targets attached. The point is that the directors each hold at most 0.9% of the company. For such a small business that is, in my view, a sad reflection on the confidence they have. The only skin in the game is the stuff they have created themselves rather than any real investment.

As a side note - Something IS going on - on the Reed jobs site employee reviews all got replies on March 23rd making it clear that Alva is under different ownership. (The negative views of management and supply chain issues have been ignored).

Fundamentally this RNS showed the weaknesses of the company and not the strengths.

Legally they had no choice but to disclose the purchase of a whopping £1800 on a buy one get one free share scheme. In honesty they didn't have a choice - can you imagine a director being offered free shares in an agreement he signed off on and then declining to take those options? It would be suicide.

In effect they purchased this round at 0.1295p each. Ouch. We would expect to see him on a salary of £150K so this will be loose change unless he runs his personal finances like the company.

Remember that Jag was gifted 1.2 million shares in 2022 (along with Chris Lee) and he has been part of the share scheme for some time. It doesn't take a genius to work out that for the 2.64 million shares he holds have got him almost nothing. Despite all this he has less than 1% in the business.

Meanwhile the price has had no option but to shift as the sells continue to roll in

I'm expecting to see 2.25p unless we have a decent RNS with progress related to the consultants improvements (with the thing that ODX hates -quantifiable tangible results) . If they receive settlement that has only marginal impact it may bounce a bit as well.

If however this drags, goes to court or even worse they have to give back a substantial amount then I would expect a further dive because the business is one of decline currently and has very little value apart from its banks balance.

The lack of trades remains an issue as well - if big sell demand is wanted then it could get very messy.

We have a few scenarios:

1) The matter was resolved but subject to a. confidentiality agreement. I would apply for a FoI but they (the government) will likely reject under section 43 (2). This option is unlikely but possible.
2) The matter could not be resolved at mediation and another meeting has been agreed. This is the most likely.
3) Either party felt the disparity was too great and they would suspend mediation and seek legal council before deciding on litigation.

Upshot is we don't know. The government won't be in a rush and ODX has more motivation to settle. This one could run and run, just as ODX badly needs some good news.

(My bet is that ODX is going to pay a token amount)

What we can be certain of - and no one picked up on - the money owed to the taxpayer wasn’t resolved at the meeting.

To be fair £2 will almost qualify for a declared interest !

Hope no one with a big holding needs to sell quick. They may find the shares as worthless as the covid tests ODX produced.

Technically to zero but they will likely sell before it gets to that.

Current cap should be about £6m imo so a price of 2.25p would be reasonable if you wanted a gamble. ODX has a poor track record of over promising and under delivering.

I am not sure who would buy them as I am not sure what worth they would provide. Product is t unique and not proven science, sales channel is poor, factory needs help.

They need to start delivering something tangible beyond selling assets to keep the show going before this becomes an investment.

Stalker Kate? Lost a load of money. In denial. Didn't bother to find out and still hasn't understood how business works or what ODX does. Takes every RNS at face value and then tries to convince itself that it is positive. Lashes out, lies and spams in anger. Likely to be on anti depressants rather than confront the underlaying reasons for them.
