NDNC1000.......it appears Toff is payed good money to turn up on these forums to dissuade folk from buying certain shares and therefore destroy the price. He is a serial downer, best if everyone just blocked the fud.

Toff...a question for you, as you seem so knowledgeable about all the shares you post doom and gloom about, I am not seeing any posts from you about stocks that you buy and are enthusiastic about. How about for a change sharing with your fellow investors some stocks you think may be a good buy. Or as I suspect your only job in life is to try your best to stop buying certain shares on behalf of the investment company you work for.

Toff....there you go again putting folk down and calling folk amateurs! I have probably been in this game longer than you and yes, my £250K investment here is sadly in the red but when I invested £50K at £1.40 I thought it was a good bet....since then I have continued to average down......yes I am still making a loss but a loss that one day I will recover as I still do not believe as you tell everyone on here it is going to go bust.
That said if it does, hey ho such is life. When I bought Taylor Wimpey at 5p when everyone said they were going bust I took the gamble which I have to say paid off very handsomely. There have been other great deals too, but unlike you I dont feel the need to sound so arrogant. I have had a good life, a job that I have loved every minute of, has taken me to most countries in the world and paid me handsomely for it. Along the way I have picked up some cracking tips from my customers, a recent one was NCYT. So carry on with your ramblings....I think if you read the comments of most folk that respond to your constant negativity on various boards you will realise like me there are many folk out there that realise what an arrogant person you really are.
At the end of the day, you should not be investing money that you cannot afford to lose which to be honest I am not.

What is Toff’s idea here? Constantly posting doom and gloom not only here but on Lloy and BT. and I guess other sites too. As soon as someone contradicts what he is saying he blocks that person.
I cannot understand what his idea is. Is he a professional being paid to try and bring a share price down so his investment company can continue to short sell? Not sure, but his attitude to others stinks too, comes across as an arrogant twat. Sadly he is ruining what I consider to be a good BB.

Lamtree......my thoughts too. I consider this a safe buy in price and will add more if it falls further. Beats 0.5% in a savings account.

Bought back in today at 119. Happy to hold now long term, at this price it has to be considered cheap. Nearly every hime at the moment spending most of the day on the internet or phoning family and friends. What is not to like?

This seems to have followed the old saying of “Buy on rumour, sell on news” Looking good longer term though and as all the 2000 shares I have left are free shares Selling out my initial cash investment at 475 a few days ago I am happy to see where my free remaining shares go from here.

Just invested the new tax year ISA allowance at 303p. I promised I would wait till dropped below 300p but got impatient. Still with oil at only $30 barrel this has to be a reasonable investment over the course of the tax year. I expect we may see it fall further but happy to sit back and relax now. One can never buy at the bottom and sell at the top but a happy medium for me at this level.
I do feel luck with recent buys in GDR and NCYT so hopefully that luck will rub off here. Stay safe folk and take care.

I bought on Thursday at 310 and just sold my original stake at 480. I now have a few thousand shares that have cost me nothing so can happily sit back and relax and either watch them grow or crash. Not many opportunities like this come around in your lifetime.

I see in the short term this getting back to The region of 150. About the only one thing that everyone is allowed to do right now is to use telephones/internet/ watch TV. Anyone getting in around the 120’s should do very well. I guess Toff is still spouting his crap about it though. Sad little man.
