Have jumped ship, it bas been a dream world every where the past few days, 18% profit banked. That will do fine.

Me too......a good 15% in a couple of days will go a long way to supporting my £250K losses in CNA.

I am out for the time being, over 20% profit in a few days will do me for now. Maybe back in soon.

Tof.....one thing for sure you come across as your name suggests. In the north were I hail from we refer to someone of upper class as a Tof. Most of these folk have had a gifted up bringing and because of this they tend too look down upon the rest of us mere mortals, I feel your comments on here ( not only my views but those of others have commented on your attitude too) show you up for the arrogant person you are.
As for my loses here, yes at the moment I am over £250K down on my investments, no little sum in anyones mind, that said I am happy to say that those losses are nit too bad when I look at some spectacular gains I have made in the past week.
So you see, this uneducated boy from Lancashire is not really doing too bad, but one thing for sure you will nit find me mocking those that have lost money. Now maybe I can suggest you go run along and continue to post your blatant drivel on the Lloy and BT forums. Life is too short to worry about arrogant folk like you.

Once again BP is dragging its heels. Most stocks up again between 10-20% today and where is good old BP? 2% at best it seems.

I see we have another few doom and gloom merchants on here.......This closing of schools has really brought them all out! Come on kids, why not get outside and kick a ball in the back garden?

My WG. Wood Group (oil related) shares finished up 10% today. There really is some fear here as pretty stagnant all day on a buoyant market.

Considering the rest of the market flying today, I reckon this is 10% based on that. Most stocks up 10% plus. Fear is holding this back right now.

We all seem to have the same plan, some cracking deals around at the moment, it is a good way to self isolate trying to spot the bargains. I nearly bought Taylor Wimpy on Friday as Nearly touched 100p, it is back up 10% today!

I am afraid I just sold out today at break even. There are too many great dealing opportunities out there at the moment that are giving 10% Swings each day, whilst that happens TSCO just stays virtually stagnant. Good luck folks and all stay safe.

Just wondering if any of our group bought any today? I am still holding out for lower, I still think it will drift south as the week goes on. One thing for sure this is providing some great trading opportunities, just need to time it right. Shaza...as you say, what do we all know, my guess on 300 was pure speculation, as oil was down over 10% earlier today I thought my prediction was spot on. For whatever reason it has recovered all of its ground. I still think we will see 300 sooner rather than later. As I said last week, I have one last big investment to make, I need to time it right and at the moment I do not think that time has arrived. Good luck.

AKA.......I am with you on this, no matter what happens with a production deal at the end of the day for the foreseeable future no one needs the dam stuff.
I have a shed load of money to invest in here but I really need to make this one pay. I cannot afford to **** this one against the wall. For once I am going to be pacient and wait till we see a sign that the world is not going to end. Once things start to move again I feel that will be the time to buy. If it drops below 300p again I will start to drip cash in. I still feel this will fliat between 250-400 till all this crap has ended. Good luck to one and all and please keep safe.

But some energy analysts predicted that even after supply cuts, global oil prices would soon resume their steep decline because markets are likely to be oversupplied through at least the first half of the year. A recent Citibank research report said that any potential agreement by American, Saudi and Russians officials “looks like it is too little too late.”

Saudi Aramco has warned its partners to brace for a big jump in oil output as it prepares to push production to its maximum capacity.

Aramco has told the firms to have sufficient staff and equipment to increase production to 12m barrels a day from Wednesday for the "foreseeable future".

The world is awash with oil due to a bruising battle for market share between Russia and Saudi Arabia after they failed to agree on deeper production cuts to support oil prices a fortnight ago.

I think this will be driven later today the the USA reports the payroll figures. If they are bad I am thinking this will slip back down. Usually movements in USA reflect on BP.
