Hi to be honest although the CDT price is relevant VELA it's share price won't move significantly until we get an RNS saying we have sold x amount of shares in CDT and received x amount of cash. The board have informed us already "It is the intention of the Board to sell these shares in due course to augment its cash reserves" so this will happen, just a matter of when. I itend to keep accumalating ahead of this news and enevitable re-rate which will follow.

Hi Bishop yes never had a problem with Halifax and the online website is working fine, it just seems to be the mobile app is not working at the moment? A shame as I was going to buy a reasonable chunk the day before the latest RNS landed but was out and about and so trying to buy via the app. C'est la vie I suppose but anything at these levels is still cheap I suppose so will look again after Xmas and try an buy any dips.

I was going to buy myself some more VELA shares as a Xmas present to myself but my Halifax Share ISA account is saying service not available and been like this for two days now! Anyone else use Halifax Share Dealing having the same issue ? Any replies appreciated.

I agee I think VELA need to just seel around £1M worth of CDT shares and put the cash in the bank. That would then make the cash burn of £15k a month look insignificant. I think £6.5M Assets, £ 1M in the bank, No Debt and a Mcap of 3.74M looks like a strong case to invest!

Looks like I spoke too soon! Price dropped under $5 but on no significant volume
