I think to be fair we will not see the full re-rate in VELA's price until we have a RNS saying we have sold a good chunk of our CDT shares. Now with the CDT shares increasing on a daily basis, and those increases been worth a substantial amount on money to VELA I don't think our BOD is in any rush to sell, which has to be the correct decision. I know everyone is keen for the RNS to drop saying we now have X million of dollars from the sale, so the share price shoots up say 50 - 100% and people can sell and take profits but at the moment why would the BOD sell ? Personally they are not invested and so will not make any money from a short term gain so I think they are definetly taking a longer term view which I think will return maximum shareholder value. I know this will not come as good news to many who want to be in and out of the share with profit in 24 hours. I have no problem if the BOD starts to de risk by selling say 100K shares with every US$1 rise in the CDT share price until perhaps we have sold around half our investment or 500k shares but would like the rest to stay in CDT a bit longer term maybe selling down again if we see any substantial gains, whh know $10, $15, $20 who knows what is possible?
