So do i! With an appeal you can also apply for costs back in making the appeal due to unreasonable behaviour of thr Council. If UKOG was my client I'd now start to advise that this route should be followed asap, unless it is to be presented at 22 October Planning Committee

Yes you can appeal against non-determination of the planning application to the Planning Inspectorate.

Maybe at the time he was spouting he was also selling, just a thought...

Whirlawstones. I understand what you mean but on message boards such as this noone knows if he actually has 1 share or 1 million. Spouting nonsense claiming to have knowledge of what is happening behind the scenes can be misleading to some and is surely not permitted. Just my view of course!

Is the process classified as a RTO even if it is only a purchase of an asset from another company? i.e if lbe purchases a producing oil field but not takeover the whole company is it still a RTO?

The Planning Committee is likely to be the 22nd October. It is NOT an appeal! It is a planning application being redetermined with all of those matters that rendered the previous meeting unlawful corrected ( i.e. microphone failure for one councillor, freezing computer screens, one councillor not being present throughout, potential misunderstanding on voting, having to adjurn to provide reasons for refusal etc.)

If all of the above concerns are corrected, a refusal would then be 'lawful'.

If members continue with a negative view and a written reason for refusal is provided, then the applicant UKOG can decide if it wishes to the appeal which is a separate process likely to take over 6 months with determination by the Planning Inspectorate.
