Just heard on 5 Live that the Government has delayed announcing the details of the quarantine process until next week...

I wonder if it is because an announcement may have needed to be changed soon after implementation due to a new accurate sovereign antigen test. Umm...

I can't help but wonder how other companies have managed to design and produce tests and are selling them by the bucket load and have been doing for a number of months and we have been expecting something to be forthcoming since last summer!

I know its a very simple way of looking at things and i realise we are striving for gold standard but it's taking the pee a bit now.

Surely we could have been manufacturing small numbers of tests (but still in hundreds of thousands) and be selling them for use in critical areas, like care homes, schools and hospitals by now.

Scratching my head over it for months now...

Are we having problems can we not get the concept working in mass production, is the test really not that good in terms of sensitivity, is the saliva test unpredictable... the silence and lack of communication brings such thoughts to the fore unfortunately.

Let's all be honest, the market doesn't yet value the results. We are back to where you were but without the expectation of the imminent RNS. unfortunate but that is the clear situation, never mind market manipulation or what happens on th US stockmarket.

The market wants to see products and cash generation, or at least guidance that such is close

As i said before the results were likely to have been in in January but it takes a while to interpret and write such an RNS, patience next time lads n lasses!

I don't understand why they cant just manufacture say 100,000 tests as a pilot scheme in a specific area of the country. Just don't get it all - specifically delays and possible NDA

However, it has got to stage now though were it's got to be good news, surely...
