The anticipated news flow coming up for Avacta is likely to be so concentrated now and it's hard to imagine the share price reaction (assuming positive of course!). I predict an explosion and a massive rerate when the news arrives. We've heard of no problems so hold tight!

Either way I think news will come inbetween Christmas and New Year, i can feel it in my plums.

Skwizz. That's wrong. Scc could also have to pay ukogs costs for having to make the appeal! That is assuming ukog makes an application for such.

Rupertsmum, yes scc will have to defend its position and put up its own significant costs for doing so. It will also have to pay ukog's costs assuming it makes and then wins an application for costs. Could cost scc about 200k.

If i was chief planning officer at the council i would call 2 or 3 of the members of the Planning Committee to defend its case and face the inevitable wrath of the appellant's QC!

I hope they also make a parallel application for costs against the Council on the basis of unreasonable behaviour and providing no evidence to support its concerns. The costs would only be for having to make the appeal. Costs for a public inquiry are likely to be six figure depending on what witnesses we use.

Despite the uncomfortable silence and the passing of time, I remain 'glass half full' on Avacta.

As days go by I am of the view that the lack of news is good news. If anything untoward has happened we should be made aware, which we haven't! Yes, the pressure is building but so is the potential reward and world demand for decent tests.

The main short term possible negative is a spill over into Q1 of 2021, which would be very frustrating and would damage the share price. But the positives when they come will prove explosive to the price. That's the pressure cooker for you!

All those prattling on about doubling sp on relist have perhaps had a rethink now. The way things are going it would only get us back close to the highs. Bottom draw stuff.
