I submitted my question yesterday before the presentation as the opportunity was presented here - namely wondering if D Minchin can get a cross-trading facility set up for HEX as it is so US-based. I'm not sure if it was addressed as I haven't as yet watched the presentation but at least it will have been read by Mr Minchin which might stir him to do something about it.

To be quite honest the share price is quite dead here. We have a pre-drill m/cap of less than £30M compared to a HE1 pre-drill m/cap of over £120M.

With this heading:

"Mining Journal Select London 2024: Investment Pitch by Orosur Mining"

I assume that Brad George is over here raising some funds for the drilling campaign. This looks like a false rally and no doubt a placing will be done at nearer 3p or even 2.5p.

· Total Net Sales: $6.9 million, an increase of 69% vs. Q1 24 and 259% vs. Q2 23

· Total Prescriptions: -Over 36,400, an increase of 26% vs. Q1 24 and 145% vs. Q2 23

· Average net selling price per prescription: $171 vs. $139 in Q1 2024 and $118 in Q2 2023

Looks like positive growth to me - and a new CEO to boot. 2.75p paid.

2.50p paid.

So what is the m/cap forecast for those figures as at 8.00am today it was £13M.

$6.9m revenue is for Q2 and rising so a minimum of $28M revenue per annum.

Lots of buys. Share price up. 2.3p paid and now 2.4p to buy. The posters here appear to be stuck in the past.

The market seems to be believing PETROS.

It is hard to see why a former 'elected member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly' and a former 'Assistant Minister' who now is the CEO and Chairman of a UK-listed company would have any priority or precedence over the State-Owned Oil Company.

I can't see a UPL RNS trashing away the PETROS article and promoting UPL's rights to the PSC - as yet.

In my opinion, the only way that UPL are likely to get a PSC soon is if the great Bol issues it himself and to himself (or specifically to his company).

According to the information clearly stated in the PETROS article, apart from the JTS just about everything else that has been announced by UPL over the last year or so appears to exist in fantasy land (including the takeover approach!).

The time in Utah right now is 12.30am - just after midnight.

Don't you guys here get that any share price movement yesterday was at least partly initiated by these podcasters and their buddies who quite clearly recorded this interview yesterday (or even the day before). It is quite simply 'insider trading' by people who are in the 'know' because they have access to all of the info in today's RNS so they can get their interview/podcast out before anyone else.

Yes I mean the Sarawak State Government are totally answerable to the UPL AGM. After all, there will be UPL shareholders in attendance and they can't let them down.

In actual fact, being serious, if there is a lot of preparatory work that needs to be done before any PSC can be awarded then it would be very foolhardy to do anything else. There is no way that the Sarawak State Government would go against the advice and decision of their State-owned oil company.

It was always too good to be true - and I expect that they will be at it again soon as they (the UPL management) have been quite successful at what they have pulled off so far. No doubt they will be aided and abetted by a lot of shareholder posters with some very rosy-tinted glasses.

I had missed this bit from the Petros website:

"Upon completion of the feasibility study in Aug 2024, a full e-FTG survey over Block SK334 is envisaged in the second half of 2025."

This will follow the "reprocessing all the existing seismic data, which is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2025."

So it could be late in H2 2025 before Petros even "offer Block SK334 for competitive bidding to all interested investors" and we should all know by now that such a process can take ages and ages - even stretching into a year or more.

I wonder where the UPL share price might go in the meantime? My guess is back where it was just over a year ago.

"PETROS is confident that with the additional high-quality datasets gathered, we will possess far better geological understanding to mature a technically robust prospect to drill in SK334. This will then enable PETROS to offer Block SK334 for competitive bidding to all interested investors."

If this is what the state-owned petroleum company of Sarawak say they are going to do then why would the Sarawak State Government disagree, dispute this or even get involved.

As far as Upland's 2 RNS's today they are not really saying anything at all hence the share price has stayed down.

"Continuing PSC Discussions" and "We will inform the market further in due course."

It would appear that Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (PETROS), the state-owned petroleum company of Sarawak, will probably make the final decisions regarding PSC's and the Sarawak State government would only have to approve their decisions (or not). Bol will just be left belly-aching

Maybe it is time for another mysterious takeover offer. That would certainly get the share price back up quickly.

As far as Upland's 2 RNS's today they are not

"Following the completion of the Joint Technical Study in December 2023 the Company has been in communication for some months with the Sarawak government and Petros pursuing the Company's interest to participate exclusively in a production sharing arrangement in respect of Block SK334."

Petros are obviously not having any of it.

It looks more like Petros have it.

Is anyone going to the presentation? I believe that only live questions are going to be taken otherwise I would send in a query on why a cross-trading facility hasn't already been set up.

This is an excerpt from the HE1 announcement on 29th April 2021:

"The Company (HE1) is seeking to encourage the significant interest that our Rukwa project has generated internationally with the commencement of trading of our shares on the OTCBQ. The US has a significant interest in helium as a commodity and we hope that the visibility we gain will further broaden our shareholder base and increase shareholder demand in one of the major helium markets of the world."

This is 10 times more applicable to HEX. How many Americans have even heard of Tanzania? Certainly not as many as are familiar with Montana. This could even be the sole reason why the m/cap is so low. Buck up Mr Minchin. Maybe he follows this board.

And I'll repeat a post I have made several times over the last few months. In fact, I will copy the last time I posted this from 2nd July 2024:

If anyone is in communication with Dave Minchin - and I am not - then perhaps they could point this out to him as it would be a very positive boost to the share price - as it was for HE1 at the time.
