Thanks for the flow rate figures put on here today. That is very useful. I'm still holding and I will continue to hold now until the Duyung farm-down is announced as that is already in the bag so to speak and I'm pretty sure I will get a better return than if I took the loss now with my price so far adrift.

Flow rates of anywhere between 450 bopd and 2500 bopd are a great guideline on what to expect and even the low end is still commercial and lucrative for an onshore production, especially with facilities nearby. Also these historical flow test results seem to say that 6 metres is going to be quite enough to get some the oil flowing during testing.

Having bought in stupidly over the Maku farm-down, which has taken forever and still hasn't completed, this offers a very welcome lifeline to getting my cash back intact. I expect that many here are in a similar position.

It's hardly deramping and by the way, FYI, I am stuck with a large amount of shares here at a price many times higher than the current share price. For me, the possible flow rates would help me to make a decision on whether to average down and by how much.

I see that Galileo have an update from Mr Bird today with far less exciting drill results than we are expecting here. I think we are due/even overdue an update here, please.

Add a nought to these silver grades and they would be very good. Otherwise, they are very poor. Check the recent announcements from GSCU for good commercial silver grades.

Yes, I read that too but nowhere does it give any information on what the flow rates are which is in reality the essential information for calculating the value of this potential discovery.

I wish they would give information on what the production is on these nearby wells. It would make it so much easier here. Is it 100 bopd, 500 bopd, 1000 bopd. They have been described as 'prolific' but what is that in real terms.

How weird. I was getting loads of buy and sell quotes on IG (without being a holder) and by error hit the buy button for a quote of 25,000 shares at 6.4p (at 8.06am). F*ck, I thought what a disaster, but instead of selling at a quick loss I noticed the buy price rising so I thought I might hang on and maybe get my money back. Now, not wishing to push my luck - maybe I could have got more but who cares - I have just sold the 25,000 at 11p for a profit of £1144 (trade at 8.42am). How weird.

This is AIM listed so won't they need 75% of shareholders votes to delist and with James Short only owning 39.5% that is nowhere near enough and he won't get much support from the old board members he has just forced to resign. Is he going to buy more? 11.97p to buy now on IG.

From RNS dated 23rd January 2024 titled "Acquisition of option to participate in Wilson River conventional oil prospect, Australia"

"Empyrean Energy plc ("Empyrean" or the "Company"), the oil and gas development company with interests in Australia, Indonesia and the United States, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 6 November 2024, it has successfully completed the acquisition of an option to participate in a conventional oil exploration project (the "Wilson River prospect") from Apnea Holdings Pty Ltd ("Apnea")."

Empyrean Technical Director, Gaz Bisht commented, "Empyrean is pleased to have secured the opportunity to drill this exciting conventional oil target nearby to existing Santos-Beach and Bridgeport discoveries.

Three times, as outlined above, during the RNS it states that this is a 'CONVENTIONAL OIL TARGET'.

It's probably got more to do with the fact that Sean Wade's main interest in in Uranium. I don't think he has much time for gold.

Personally I was surprised by Sean Wade's decision to walk away from the Victoria gold prospects. With POW's surplus cash these days they would have been more sensible to drill a few holes to see if they had any gold to match the massive discovery by Southern Cross Gold virtually next door. Didn't seen very sensible to me.

In what was probably one of the worst management/executive decisions of all time, Andrew Bell and Paul Johnson decided to step down from the board of GGP on 8th August 2016. GGP announced their acquisition of the Havieron Gold Prospect on 26th September 2016.

By the way Bell and Johnson had overseen GGP though a period of restructuring, refinancing and refocusing and they obviously thought the job was done. Even worse was that Paul Johnson and his wife owned up to 6% of GGP when he was a director.

I think that the RRR/POW relationship was when Paul Johnson was in charge of POW. He has since left and Sean Wade is now the boss of POW and I do not think that he and Andrew Bell are buddies.

Here is a little known fact:

Andrew Bell was the Chairman of Greatland Gold for many years, though he left before they acquired the Haveiron Prospect. Paul Johnson was appointed to the GGP board by Mr Bell in 2016 but he also left before GGP acquired and made their big discovery.

I would imagine that any former Pathfinder holders still here will be a bit p*ssed off, but then they were always living in a dream world anyway. The Mozambique licence was appropriated in 2011 and for years and years the management and shareholders droned on and on about how they were ripped off and all the rest. I was certainly not a Pathfinder shareholder myself, but I suspect that a few were lured in on the promise of a huge settlement when the arbitration option was advanced, which as it turns out has not materialised.

Yes, but the licences are all due to be monetised and then the cash proceeds of the new licences, less expenses, will be distributed to the holders of the Bonus Preference Share (who are the legacy Pathfinder shareholders). So there is nothing in it for RMR, now or later.

While there can no certainty that the New Licences can be monetised or the quantum of any such monetisation, Rome will seek to distribute in due course the cash proceeds of the New Licences, less expenses, to the holders of the Bonus Preference Share."

Looks like it is full settlement of all claims with the issuing of 5 new graphite licences. Surely this could have been done years and years ago.
