I see this is already 400% up from the recent lows (Guild Esports days no doubt).

Do the management know anything about Defence? or are they just going to buy an existing company with their £1M m/cap. Defence is a big, expensive business and no place for AIM minnows.

Oh, yes, and don't worry, I'm sure this will go up by at least another 400% today. Maybe it'll be the next Palantir - they have a m/cap of $295 billion by the way.

Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the Angola-Brazil focused energy company, announces that is has been informed of the following dealings by directors in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Mr. Scott Gilbert, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 25,000,000 Ordinary shares of £0.0001 at a price of £0.003 totaling £75,000.00

Ms. Geraldine Geraldo, Executive Director, has purchased 10,000,000 Ordinary shares of £0.0001 at a price of £0.003 totaling £30,000.00

Mr. Pradeep Kabra, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 10,000,000 Ordinary shares of £0.0001 at a price of £0.003 totaling £30,000.00

It doesn't matter a tot what you 'suspect'. We need to hear it straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak. How long is the application going to take? It is time that Hamilton came clean with the market and gave out this information.

It would still be rather nice to get an RNS from Hamilton spelling out the timeline to approval and drill mobilisation as the shareholders are pretty much in the dark about this. The only thing we know at the moment is that drilling is at least 5 months late. Otherwise, nothing has changed.

Hamilton hasn't lied - he always said that the application would be submitted by May 2025. In the RNS dated 3rd March 2025: "Once the EIS2 study is completed and report finalised, the completed report will be lodged with DEMIRS by May 2025, supporting the drilling approval at Hussar."

It just looked as though the application was submitted earlier but I don't think that was the completed application. Meanwhile, Hamilton hasn't said a word about timelines.

Is what is required here, especially considering that the latest duster is a prospect that arrived via Mr Tom Kelly. He needs to let the shareholders know exactly what is going on with MAKO - good or bad - as this is just about the only asset left here.

Personally I won't put another penny into this unless or until the management say something that might reverse the share price. And even then I will only be here long enough to get my losses back. Any decent management would have issued a statement to say what their forward plans are when they saw the share price tank like it has over the last few days.

In fact, an RNS to say that EME intends to initiate a strategic review - and I think that one is in order to address the continual string of failed projects - with the intention of putting their stake in Mako up for sale would reverse the share price quite quickly. How thick can the management be??

I would hope that EME will not hand over their 8.5% of Mako in the same way that CORO have recently handed over their 15%. Unfortunately, CORO had the misfortune of having Tom Richardson as more or less the sole director and having f*cked over both the shareholders and the bondholders, he just couldn't wait to hand over an asset that was valued at $18.9M in the previous accounts for virtually nothing.

I believe that Tom Kelly has enough of a holding in EME (about 3% I believe) to make him at least a little more responsible. Maybe he should see RED after what happened at CORO and look to sell EME's 8.5% to anyone interested rather than wait for the farm-down, which may or may not take the whole 8.5% off EME's hands. According to CORO the amount outstanding as of the end of December 2024 was $777,000. CORO owned 15% as against EME's 8.5% which should put EME's outstanding cash call at around $440K or £332K. That is not a huge sum to pay for an asset which has to be worth millions in anyone's book.

Wilson River was one of Tom Kelly's side projects. He had the rights, etc. in a company he wholly owned called Apnea. It hasn't been a success, nor were the South China Sea oil prospects, nor was the gas prospect in California. Maybe it's time he stood down and the company looked at a change of direction. How about AI?? Install a new director with AI plans......................

And all with only 15 posts and 27 trades - which means that this is almost completely under the radar. By the time the herd catch on it will probably be 20p anyway.

Let's hope that the wait and the lack of availability of trading leaves the punters greedy for more when trading resumes.

It had jumped up to 8.9p to buy (from 8.475p) and they all went without any trades even being shown and now it is 9.25p to buy.

Mind you, I'm not surprised - as good as confirmation that the first tranche of shares have been issued and a big TRI turning up unexpectedly - what more could you want.

I wouldn't worry as there is not a lot on it - just 3 trades from between 8.10 am and 8.15 am - and none of the information such as news or chats have been carried over even though it is the same company with just a different name.

Well I get the page when I click on the link. If I didn't then I wouldn't have got the link in the first place but then I am a Premium subscriber and I first noticed the link on the Rising Shares List.

Yes, I have managed a buy - or rather 2 buys as I think this has plenty of upside - on H/L of all places. First buy was at 0.6445p and the second at 0.658p. Neither are showing on my live prices as yet.

Can't seem to be able to trade this on either IG or II this morning. Is anyone else getting any success??
