I'm afraid that Hamilton is just proving himself to be a total plonker with his inability to inform the market of how the drill permit application is going (he didn't even bother to let shareholders know that the application had been submitted despite being months overdue). He needs to issue an RNS giving the expected timelines for approval and for the drill schedule. After all, he and Wallace intend to reward themselves with millions and millions of free shares when they get the Hussar prospect drilled, so he might just as well have the decency to do the job he is going to be so well rewarded for in a proper manner.

Don't blame Lenigas - he's only a consultant here. But then he has been in a similar role at Red Rock (RRR) for over a year (appointed 2nd February 2024) and nothing has happened there as yet, so I wouldn't expect too much!!!

Unfortunately, ALRT are far more likely to be getting 'funds from Mummy' than they are likely to get any funds from the Government. Dream on........

I was going to ask how come I am being quoted 1.185p to buy when there are clearly buys going through at 1.08p - but then I realised that the apparent buys going through are really sells just showing as buys - and quite a few at that. I might wait for nearer the placing price.

Buy in now quick and help to fund the inevitable raise - after all, they only had £100K last August when Guild E Sports was sold off. In fact, I'm surprised they have even attempted to start this off without a discounted raise unless the plan is to bump up the share price first.

It must take some doing to find and appoint a reputable, experienced person to a job with a company that has no income/revenue and no cash reserves to guarantee to pay said person a salary which begs the question: how do they intend to build this business? I think that everyone will agree that the idea is fine but to set this off with no revenue or funds seems to be a tad unrealistic.

I'm not sure why they didn't do a placing on the back of the last rise. Now they either have to wait for another rise or raise cash at a very low price. These companies should think ahead.

Okay, thanks. So this news doesn't actually mean that UPL already have a PSC but that it might be more of a possibility. That looks more like what is showing in the share price which is now coming back down quite quickly.

Oh, sorry, before I get attacked, of course they are not an AIM listed share otherwise the brokers would not be adding this infernal Stamp Duty to every purchase.

A couple of questions for any LTH's who might still be here:

Secondly, if he has been here for a while, does he do podcasts as I reckon that is just what is needed here to give the shareholders some idea of how they intend to go about breaking into this new sector as an AIM minnow.

Considering that most or all of today's sellers are people who took a blind punt on this over the last 3 or 4 weeks, we might finally see some upside here if they have finished taking their windfall profits.

Looking at the chart for the last month, I would guess that the placing will be at around 0.06p/0.07p/0.08p. After all, they haven't got any experience in the sector and it is all a lot of hot air so far.

But then that is not a surprise as people have been loading up from as low as 0.04p over the past month or so.

Actually buys are at 0.1479p - and that is falling!!!

I just love these AIM companies. This one obviously failed at their Esports business, then failed again as Cassell - which they weren't even around long enough to work out what they were doing - and now it's time to move into Defence. At least they shouldn't find it too hard to raise funds with such an original idea.

It makes me laugh really - the average US-listed AI company has a valuation in the billions while the average listed-K AI company has a valuation in the low single-digit millions. Also the AI boom has been the rage for the past 2 or 3 years in the US, while in the UK it is suddenly the new, hot sector.
