Sounds sensible. The m/cp might increase by £10M if they spend it indirectly or £20M if they start up their own BTC strategy. I know which I'd prefer.

TAO Alpha m/cap £30M (with BTC strategy announced); TIR m/cap £10m (with no BTC strategy announced).

Have this bunch actually declared their own BTC treasury strategy (like TAO Alpha and others) or are they still holding out and trying to get by without it? Bad move - they need to get it out now.

0.1p paid already. That was quick and already a 100% rise from yesterday. I think the sellers will be regretting selling very soon.

The CEO here doesn't want to underestimate the power of the market. HEV recently announced a Bitcoin strategy and the share price moved up from 2p to 43p at which point they have done a second placing. They haven't got any existing business. Here building the m/cap via the increased share price will also give them extra funds to build their existing business much more quickly.

It's going up as the m/cap at the time of the placing was £2.16M - but then HEV's m/cap at the time of the first placing at 2p was £2.14M and now it is £46M. For some reason the HEV placees didn't bother selling their shares. Maybe the BTC influence.

I'll be happier when the share price takes off. It's been stalling for the last couple of days. Follow HEV. I expect that pretty soon they will be buying more BTC than ETH as BTC is such a driver of the share price.

Nice update but I cannot see any details of their initial bitcoin purchases.

When announcing the recent placing:

Subject to the successful completion of the Proposed Placing, we plan to make our initial BTC allocation immediately after closing on 6 June."

The placing completed on 6th June but why the heck haven't they bought their initial bitcoins?

Oh, on reading the RNS today a second time I see that he says:

"I look forward to sharing further announcements about our commercial progress and details of the initial allocation of our Bitcoin Treasury Reserve Strategy in the coming days" so it looks as though the initial purchase is in progress,

Rubbish. There shouldn't be any overhang when VULT buy Bitcoin as well as ETH. There has been no overhang or seller troubles with any of the Bitcoin Treasury companies despite the numerous placings.

Didn't I just say that it would be wise to buy/hold both BTC and ETH. I emailed the company about that yesterday and it looked like they listened and acted.

Funds from placing/WRAP are due on Monday with more purchases due. They have got a bit of catching up to do here to keep up with HEV. They did an initial £1.2M placing at 2p a week or so ago. The share price reached 40p plus yesterday and they have just done another £4M placing at 43p. They still haven't bought any BTC though. The original placing here was at 0.18p - so 20 times that is 3.6p which must now be the target.

This sector is getting hotter so the m/cap here is less important.

HEV is now 38p for a m/cap of $40M after committing to a Bitcoin Reserve Strategy with a £1.2M placing to buy their first stock of bitcoins. Their placing was at 2p so the share price is already at a huge premium and showing no signs of slowing.

Anyone seen HEV. They have stuck to the traditional bitcoin treasury. Believe it or not, they are rising even faster than SWC did when they first listed. That IPO'd at 2.5p and the first placing a couple of weeks later was at 16p. HEV placed at 2p and it is now 38p and not showing any signs of stopping. And they have exactly the same £1.2M placing as here.

Admittedly, this is up from the placing price at 0.018p but that is nowhere near the rise at bitcoin strategists HEV.

It's what I have been saying all morning. They need to change the strategy. A joint BTC and ETH purchase plan would work. I expect that will be announced very soon - and then BOOM .

How long is this going to take to get over 0.06p. Damned if it hasn't faltered again, as it did yesterday. Funny how the Bitcoin treasury shares never seem to get overwhelmed by sellers. They don't seem to exist.

This needs to push on now. The funds are available on Monday so they can make their first purchase of ETH. We will then see if it is going to explode upwards like every bitcoin treasury share so far. M/cap at current share price is about £6.5M

HEV has done well. And they have only raised £1.2M, they own no BTC so far and have a £30M m/cap. That's good going. This needs to get to 0.1p/0.2p for the strategy to be working - and then that is only the starting point.
