RE: Chasing SWC or just lazing around?9 Jul 2025 12:08
Sorry I apologise - COIN have 88.6327 Bitcoin - Total Value of Holdings: £7,099.022.81 ($9,659,152.65)
Oh and I haven't been including the funds from the exercising of the warrants in my calculations. That is the warrants priced at 3.75p.
Meanwhile:
SWC - 259 million shares @ £3.40 = m/cap £880M
COIN - 386 million shares at 24p = m/cap £93M
COIN did their first BTC Treasury raise on 15th May and in the subsequent 8 weeks they have raised £10M (not including any funds from the exercising of warrants).
SWC did their first raise at the IPO on 25th April and in the subsequent 8 weeks they have raised £57.32M.
However, if you exclude the IPO raise and go by the first equivalent raise on 8th May then in the subsequent 8 weeks SWC have raised £102.32M.
There is no comparison, hence the enormous disparity in the m/cap. COIN have some catching up to do. Maybe spending the rest of their available funds on BTC purchases and then getting on with the next placement might help move things along.
Meanwhile, as I said, COIN appear to be treating it like a pastime.
