Yes and they "Reinstated subscription via associated Investment Vehicles" at a nearly 3 times higher price than the original subscription - 0.064p compared to the original 0.0225p - maybe because they were the 2 directors who were into the bitcoin strategy.

Yeah, they were the Bitcoin Treasury guys. CLAI did the placing about a month ago to buy bitcoin but never bought any and now the 2 directors that appeared to be behind that move have both resigned. Considering the share price only went up on the back of the Bitcoin strategy, then it might as well be back down to 0.225p.

Can anyone tell me whether Stamp Duty should be applied to the cost of buying this share? I have been charged SD on my Hargreaves Landsdown ISA trading account but it has not been applied to my IG Markets ISA purchase. Thanks

Can any LTH here please confirm that MDH are now fully funded to get their Helium into production. I did buy in for the BTC Strategy, though that looks as though it might stall a bit, but the helium production looks quite good and the m/cap here is ludicrously small - I make it about £4M (113 million shares at 3.5p). Someone recently posted that the helium production looks way better than at HEX, which has a m/cap of £43M. Is production now planned here for July?

It is quite unbelievable that this company has raised roughly £100 Million since their IPO at the end of April (when they had a m/cap of £3.7M and 137 million shares) and after the latest raise still only have 242 million shares in issue (while the m/cap has risen to peak at over £1000M). Most companies would probably have billions of shares in issue by now but not this lot. They are raising very quickly and efficiently and the constant raise, then buy bitcoin, then do another raise, then buy more bitcoin has worked extremely well for them.

It's no good booming from other companies activities. They need to boom from their own actions. SWC aren't being told what to do nor do they have anyone to follow.

Yeah, it's time for another raise and BTC purchase here. Sensibly in the £5 to £10M range seeing as the m/cap is/has been a lot higher of late and peaking at about £22m

It's perfectly clear that the management here need to fully commit to a BTC purchase and hold policy if they wish to compete and keep up with the other new companies in this sector. All this waffle about not holding more than £1M in Bitcoin is just rot. SWC are holding £43M of bitcoin in its Treasury as of today.

M/cap here £22M: m/cap at TAO Alpha at its peak today £113M. The difference between the two companies is that TAO Alpha have committed to a BTC Strategy while TIR have not (so far at least).

Tao has risen from less than 1p to 14p and probably much more after their increase in funding from £5M to over £100M today. Maybe he can mastermind the same growth here where he is also a director.

Still waiting for Bixby to get a Bitcoin Treasury Reserve Strategy set up for TIR. Maybe then they can start to catch up with TAO Alpha.

I think they should have done this the other way round. Maybe they should have done a small placing, say for £500K or so, and then announced the Bitcoin strategy and hoped that the share price ramped up enough to get the warrants cashed and then completed a small dilution placing to complete the funding for the £4M Bitcoin.

This way round the placing is going to drag the share price down and then the warrants won't get cashed. Oh dear, why don't people think things through.

I'm getting the COIN comparison but the problem is that PALM haven't actually got the £4M that they intend to use to buy the Bitcoin. They say it will come from the exercising of outstanding warrants and then the rest from a placing. It might have helped if they had got hold of the cash first and then set out the policy.

Does anyone know which warrants are being referred to? Also, unfortunately, the placing will probably have to be discounted, as all first BTC strategy placings are these days. It might be wise to wait until the £4M has been successfully raised and then the rise should follow.

Good spot with the warrants. That's another £2.5M on top of the £500K subscription. It's been 10p already today and 15p won't be far away. HEV (now Valtz) did their initial placing at 2p and within a week it was 40p. And we'll have more cash available here as the warrants get exercised than they did.

Let's hope that this does the same as Helium Ventures - now renamed Vaultz Capital - which announced a similar change of policy a few weeks ago. They did a similar placing at 2p, albeit for £1.2M. The share price there has been rising ever since, hitting over 40p last week, at which point they raised another £4M at 43p, and the share price there today is 56p.

The MM's have played this like blithering idiots today. Why the hell didn't they open it at around 4p, just over where it closed last Friday. From there it would have been up all day. Stupid people.
