I apologize as I haven't read any of your posts - or anybody else's for that matter. I am purely stating my opinion of what is going on with the shareprice at the moment, what I think is the cause of the fall and who I think is to blame.
Oh and by the way I am purely trading shares to make money. I wasn't invested here in 2010 but if I had been and I'd managed to sell my shares at anywhere near the GBP2.00 level I would have been very, very pleased. I do not regard AIM shares as a long term investment. AIM is a minefield and you can either play a careful game and escape with some profit, and at times even a good profit, or if you are less careful get all of your cash tied up in shares that take years and years to go nowhere. Personally I was very, very ****ed off when a 20,000 paper profit on MATD just disappeared in a few days and even turned into a paper loss. That to me was a very poor performance on my part. Was I to blame or was it just unpredictable and very poor management. I prefer to blame the latter.
I've just checked through my paperwork and I seem to have taken about GBP15,000 profit on this in the last 6/7 months so I'm not going to be at a loss whatever happens though I did lose 2.5K back yesterday when I let half my holding go at 10p and the remainder of my holding is now at a 4K paper loss.
I also don't seem to have any emails or info regarding the EGM in early July despite holding my shares in 3 different ISA accounts - II, HL and IG. Has anyone else had any info or details of how to vote.
