If they don't need any cash before Q3 - so looking at roughly the same time as last year for a placing - and they keep signing restaurants for the next 6 months without any worries about chains or user numbers then it's quite likely the next placing will be at 15p or 20p so the dilution will be minimal.

Don't get me wrong, I am not being negative here. I just would like the management to think things through a bit more and to stay on top of the game.

There have been a lot of posters here over the past 18 months who couldn't see a single fault in anything the management did or said - people like beebopalula and martbmth and lots more. Then, when it didn't happen immediately, they got right ****ed off and have sold and disappeared while those who have always expected a little more from the management and got on their backs when they needed to are all still here and - touch wood - if it all goes to plan about to get a very nice result here.

I am certainly anticipating a very healthy rise in the share price over the next few months.

To be honest I always take monty5662's conversations with Aidan with a pinch of salt. Aidan knows that he can say anything he wants to monty5662 who will totally believe every word and then repeat it all verbatim for other shareholders on here.

I would take his latest chat as meaning that they now intend to get the full team up and running but that they probably are not on board yet.

We really are a bit in the dark as regards to daily and weekly figures but I know telesales and anyone who can't sign up at least 1 or 2 restaurants per day will soon be looking for another job.

2 per person per day is quite a manageable target considering they can phone anywhere in the country and for 10 people that is 100 per week which seems very doable.

However, it may well be that a good telesales person can sign up 3, 4 or 5 restaurants in a day and that once they have got 10 top team members the team will be signing 30 or 40 in a day and the numbers will grow very quickly and make up for any shortfall in the early weeks.

It's still 7 for the day and 28 so far for the week. Not quite 10 but it's not a disaster.

The main problem today seems to be that the locations won't all fit onto the website and that does need to be addressed. Still not much of a reason for the mini-sell-off today though.

People who sell here at 3p when there is the potential of anything up to 30p are a bit dim anyway.

The management here would be a bunch of absolute drips if they didn't insist that the sign-ups were done at the same rate that Tom and his team had performed previously. That was his CV for getting the job here.

If Tom now says that he doesn't think they can do this within the 6 months because it has taken them nearly 2 months to get it all set up then they can take on some extra telesales persons. Take the team up to 15 persons - no-one is saying it has to only be 10. Try thinking.

Oh yes, of course, there is one loophole for Aidan to hide behind.

While he has told the shareholders that Tom Sumner and his telesales team have previously taken a company from 250 to 3000 restaurants in 6 months he hasn't actually said or written that the same team can take Big Dish from 206 restaurants to 3000 in a similar 6 months.

Does he think the shareholders are bl*thering idiots? Of course, the shareholders will expect this to be done within the same timescale. If it isn't it will quite simply be costing the shareholders more money - and they are paying for it all, including the directors salaries, in one way or another.

The telesales team added 9 restaurants up to 6th January - so the figure was 206 at the time they started - and it is now 286 as of today. This means that they have added 80 restaurants in 7 weeks, minus a few days off for Xmas.

Am I disappointed with that - no, I am overjoyed as it is so much better than all of the company's previous efforts to get the restaurants on the platform.

However, we have been clearly told that the telesales team has signed 2750 restaurants for a previous company in 6 months so this start is quite a long way off the pace that they need to get this done in that timescale.

Will I be happy if Big Dish take 12 months or 18 months to get to 3000 restaurants when we have been clearly told that this can be done in 6 months - no, because I am not a total drip or an idiot like some of the posters on here.

The share price is down a little today - nothing to worry about it is just adjusting to the number of restaurants on the platform which is still only 286 if my sums are correct.

Bring on 1000 restaurants, even better 2000 restaurants - 20p - gets me quite excited!!!!!!!!!!!!

The management here - and by that I mean the persons who came across the telesales approach and Tom Sumner and the work he has done for Table Now - will be NOTHING SHORT OF ******ED if they set out to take longer to get to 3000 restaurants than Tom and his team has already taken to do that for Table Now. It will make them look positively stupid.

The trouble with the management here is that they don't think.

It was obvious to keep the 2 TM's on the ground, at least until the telesales team got up and running.

It is obvious now to get the restaurants signed up at least as quickly as the team has previously operated.

It is obvious that if they are falling behind and have taken 7 weeks to sign up just 70 restaurants and are way off target that they could get some extra telesales team members on board. No-one says they have to have only 10. They could instead employ 15 or 20 to get this job done on time and on budget.

In the meantime, the website doesn't work as you can't get all of the locations to show. They need to stop adding 1 locations and get some added to the existing locations, please.

If Big Dish inform us that Tom and his telesales team have taken Table Now from 250 to 3000 restaurants in 6 months then anyone with a brain and any business acumen would expect the same team to do the same for Big Dish.

Looking at the costs of such a project then they are minimal. 10 agents at £25,000 pa for 6 months is a mere £125,000 - which is nothing considering that the company has already raised £2.1 million twice and as good as failed to get any restaurants signed up.

It is an absolute no brainer to get this done as soon as possible and as cheaply as possible.

They do not need to do anything about user numbers or filling seats until the restaurants are signed up. Get one job done at a time.

Look at Eatigo. They have the restaurants onboard and now seat over 1 million diners per month.

Look at Open Table. They have 12,500 restaurants in the UK. Many of their busier restaurants are taking 100/150 bookings a day and half of them aren't doing any discounts at all. The customers are simply booking with them to get a seat!!!!!

Get the restaurants onboard first and then concentrate on the users.

Progress is great and an immense improvement on previous efforts but in truth the shareholders want to see more.

Yes, all of these 1 locations are very annoying and extra restaurants need to be added quickly or they need to stop adding any more locations until the sign-ups in each catch up.

Also to get anywhere near the 3000 restaurants in 6 months the telesales team needs to be hitting around 100 restaurants a day and about 450 a month.

The team has been up and running for 7 weeks now and they are nowhere near that target. In fact every week they are missing it increases the numbers per week/month to hit the target.

Also they are letting the share price get ahead of the sign-ups which is proof they must be going slowly as the share price has been subdued here for months.

It doesn't help when my firewall on my PC keeps blocking this LSE website "as a suspicious address". I have to turn off my Firewall even to get access.

No, they are getting the location onboard ready to fill them in with lots of extra restaurants - as they are doing with Manchester which is up to 16 now.

I'm not sure if the staff are on board yet to do the job in which case they should bloody well take them on quickly. Big Dish have the funds to get this done now.

It was also reckless to let the 2 TM's go who could clearly do the job very well.

There is a problem now as my PC only allows the locations that are on screen and doesn't scroll down to enlarge the list so I can only see the first 31 of 35. The rest are not accessible.
