That's £1.25 gone fast this morning and 500+ trades. £1.50 target next.

I think the lack of posts here will mean a lot of PI's will miss out while the II's benefit.

There are not many posts on this board, as is typical of many main market shares, and most of the ones coming out seem to be way off the mark but there are a lot of trades going through which is a very healthy sign.

I don't think there is a huge free float here which is good for a nice rise and what better way to face an unsolicited takeover approach than with a healthy fast rising share price, especially if the board are in no great need to sell.

Silly posters trying to get in here cheaper than is going to happen. The cat is already out of the bag so to speak.

I see this was over £2.00 and nearer £2.20 in April/May last year so the SP/mcap is still very low today.

By fly I mean this could be up by 20%, or 40% or 50% - and stay up!!!

Poor management.

One brief RNS to say that COPL is well-placed to increase production to meet the increased demand and this share price would fly. It doesn't even need to be specific in detail.

Instead we get the usual silence!!!

It's a shame that during your 560 posts all from the last 2 months and a couple of days you've learnt nothing more than to stupidly pick on other posters and their thoughts and opinions and to just be plain rude.

Try posting about the share and not other people's posts!!

As I posted yesterday, it is obvious why Millholland went down the open market route first and also why no other directors even bothered. He just wanted to make it look like he was keen to buy and even waffled on about he would of bought more, knowing full well that he was going to award himself and his fellow BOD's this massive lower priced option very soon afterwards. He probably feared a shareholder protest or whatever without looking willing. His options are for nearly 6 times the number of shares of his recent purchase and for a lower price.

Nevermind, hopefully when the gap is closed the SP may reverse again.

What is a shame and somewhat typical of the poor management here is that prior to this silly options RNS the share price was finally moving upwards.

With a little bit more thought and a bit less greed the share price could still have been moving up and would no doubt be at 40p plus by now.

Typical of this poor management is the total lack of updates, presentations and podcasts. With nothing coming from the BOD it is just left for posters to come up with all sorts of plans, targets and sometimes plain silly valuations, most of which seem to be being totally ignored by everybody as the share price continues to lag anyway.

And as for an imminent CPR, the market hasn't been advised about this or given any dates as far as I know and this seems to remain as purely shareholder speculation.

It's a bit like closing a gap or going back down to a placing price. Nevermind, C$0.54 at the current exchange is 31.25/31.5p so not far to go now.

Unfortunately, it does reflect the sometimes poor and thoughtless management here with a pitiful lack of updates, silly low price placings, lack of presentations and podcasts, etc, etc.

A better way to have priced the BOD options would have been to put some at a lower price (C$0.54c) and then some at a higher SP (say around C$0.75c) and then the rest at say C$1.00 plus). That way there would have been a higher SP target in sight and a future target to get up to and past.

Nevermind, hopefully this is only a short term reversal and delay.

Looking at the share price it would appear that my posts are about right. Apart from the assets and the discovery, which we all agree are woefully undervalued, this is a shoddy, cheap option for a vast amount of shares - nearly 8% dilution at the current time - and disgracefully undervalued.

I'm just surprised that the BOD got the brokers/Nomads to approve such a greedy, self-centred move. It's a complete shame.

It appears to be obvious that Millholland only made his relatively small directors purchase recently, made full of excuses and wishy-washy nonsense about he would have bought more, to justify this ludicrous low-priced option. This was no doubt planned all along and is why none of the other directors bothered to purchase any alongside the CEO. It would of just looked even worse without his buys.

More likely back to C$0.54c than 37.5p if you ask me.

Well if they exercise them all today, which they might as well do as they can always issue themselves another 15 million or so a bit further down the line, then that will be a further £4,850,000 in the kitty without the usual £500K broker fees.

Down day here - no surprise really.

Maybe the SP will go all the way back to C$0.54c - then at least the shareholders will be able to fill their boots at the same price as the directors!!!!!

This ridiculous stock option RNS at least explains why the share price has been lagging again for the past week or so.

Millholland even paid more for the shares he bought.

Quite pathetic and it actually shows very little confidence in the future growth of COPL.

Shareholders should email the brokers/Nomad and complain. The exercise price needs to be set at 2/3/4/5 times the current SP for such options.

This is just a setback. The MM's might just as well take the SP back down to CAD$0.54c or 31.75p so the shareholders can buy more at the same price as the directors. At least that way it won't mean any more dilution, which is all this directors stock option means.

It also represents an 8% dilution to the number of shares in issue and at a 15% discount to yesterday's close.

The shareholders should get together and make a complaint. This is virtually a BOD placing and little more. 15,430,000 shares at CAD$0.54c raises CAD$8,332,200 or £4,889,788 and all at 17.5% discount to yesterday's closing price in Canada.

Absolutely disgraceful and this shows no confidence in the future performance of the share price.

If enough shareholders complain to the Brokers/Nomad the option/exercise price should get increased to 2/3/4/5 times this level.

Then the management have to increase production to get their shares rather than just get them on the cheap.

I say let's get a shareholders protest going to get the exercise share price changed to CAD$5.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
