I don't like posts being deleted. That is a sign of deep problems where posters are getting too full of themselves and get completely carried away with their own views and opinions and self-centred interests.

According to Monday's RNS:

"We plan a phased production program and have already applied for permits covering four horizontal wells."

So as far as the sage grouse issue is concerned this will be resolved for this acreage - or at least a part of it to start - when/if the permits are granted.

It could be that this issue is going to stop them drilling even in August, or at all.

Permission for the previous drill would have been issued under the Trump administration ruling so they got away with that but this new ruling has changed everything.

Why August and how long is the drilling window?

The gap closes at 20.25p.

Let's face it the share price here was at 23.25p at close on Monday, 10th, so this gap probably should and would have closed on Tuesday if it wasn't for the rise on the Canadian exchange.

I think this needs to happen first while this CUDA business is sorting itself out over the next 3 or 4 months.

And of course no drilling until August in a State that puts Sage Grouse before oil exploration/production.

I assume that we are going to close that blaring gap at 20p now.

Mulholland, Milholland, Millholland - more like Dullholland if you ask me.

Having sat on this discovery for months he is obviously refusing to do any podcasts, despite no doubt numerous requests.

Very poor, as has been this share's performance for the last 8 years.

Funnily enough despite following this for most of that time I never found any reason to buy in before readmission last August, and even since then it's been one big disaster.

Now there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel, the share price starts falling again.

Pathetic.

I repeat, I would love to have seen a quick 10 bagger here just to stuff the poor management. Oh and to make the poor long suffering shareholders some long overdue profits.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of confidence due to the poor history of this share and the management it doesn't look like it is going to happen, at least not yet.

No, I am not a millennial.

If you look at my posting history you will see that I have belonged to this bulletin board for a lot longer than 99% of the posters on here or on any other share.

Believe it or not I do know what I am talking about.

I bought in here after readmission when everyone was posting about how undervalued this was and then look what happened. The share price fell for day after day, week after week, with an unexpected placing at 20p, before reaching a low of 16p while we heard virtually nothing from the management, and when we did hear anything it was invariably bad news ie. not enough gas for the reinjection, CUDA going into administration, etc.

The management have sat on this news for over 4 months when this might have improved the share price considerably and even now, when the cat is finally out of the bag, we get the same old silence from them. It's just not good enough.

Podcasts, RNS's with plans, talk of JV's, info and dates about a new CPR, all things that will help to improve the lacklustre share price.

Even a steady rise of 5% + a day would be good but instead all we are going to get is a steady fall of 5%+ per day - just like after readmission!!!!

After a derisory and dare I say pitiful rise compared to the size of the announcement the share price can't fall back fast enough. That says it all. It's an exact repeat of what happened after readmission when all we got was a big silence from the management.

I would have loved to see a really big rise here on this news - preferably a 10 bagger from 20p to around £2.00 just to stuff Millhoplland up his rear end and to finally give the shareholders here a nice payday after the 7 or 8 years of disappointment and dilution.

And the size of this discovery would easily justify such a quick rerate.

Unfortunately, judging from the performance of the share price over the last few days since this announcement that does not look like it is going to happen in a hurry, and probably it only won't happen because of the poor communication from the management here.

It's a shame.

Exactly what I have been trying to say. I expect Zak Mir and others have been contacting Millholland to get some podcasts done and he has obviously rebuffed them and said no because the only thing going on in his head and in his world is who gets CUDA.

He hasn't got his eye on this game at all.

I expect he'll raise some more funds and up his bid.

There must be a reason this discovery wasn't announced earlier and why he hasn't been all over the podcasts.

All this talk of selling this is just fantasy. Mulholland hasn't mentioned such a route. I expect he'll be far more interested in diluting the f*ck out of the already f*cked share price before even more bad luck hits the project and knocks the share price even lower.

Yes, the share price is looking a bit lame stupid, not the discovery.

The SP is down 6.6% at the moment. They can have all the oil on the planet but if it's not reflected in the share price then its pretty worthless.

Some posters here, including myself, were finally back in profit but of course that was without today's lame fallback.

Does anyone know when this CUDA business is going to be resolved as it seems to be holding things up here.
