This is a new company on me but it looks quite an exciting prospect.

Arrow's current production exceeds 1,000 boe/d so now it's going to be circa 2000 boe/d with a further well spudding shortly.

RNS out. That's strange, I was expecting the usual barrage of insulting posts that I seem to have been subject to here recently. Instead there is a silence, which is probably just as well really, as I don't consider that the assays from today's news warrant too much consideration.

Let's face it 12m at 0.88% CuEq from 600m isn't worth much at that depth and 104m at 0.24% CuEq from 79m up to a depth of 591m isn't worth much either.

I'm probably surprised the SP isn't down more.

Plus the 2.3 g/t Au seems a very disappointing continuation of the 15.5 g/t Au from the previous RNS - but even that didn't seem to go down too well except amongst the LTH's who seemed to find the assays created a fantastic buying opportunity. Not sure if that is how it works best, but we shall see.

Not as bad as the last assays, which were woeful, but still not exciting.

12m at 0.88% CuEq from 600m in BRDD-21-031 - was there anything of note above this, if not it is far too deep to be of much value.

104m at 0.24% CuEq from 79m in BRDD-21-038 - this includes the 2 higher grade intercepts, so even including them this is not anything to get excited about. In fact it is quite poor.

The higher grade intercepts - 8m at 1.46% CuEq from 175m in BRDD-21-038 1 and 2m at 2.3 g/t Au from 589m in BRDD-21-038 - are better grades but very short distances. Who can get excited about 2m at 2.3 g/t Au at a depth of 589 metres.

The market seems likewise unimpressed at the moment. Maybe a buying opportunity for the LTH's later.

Good luck to you. Just one question: why buy now? With no further news due for a while, no drilling in progress and no new assays due why not wait. I shall. 1p is my buy target price!

18.4% down now and 1.30p/1.36p.

It just makes me so cross that the management could get the placing price so wrong - and they even admitted that they didn't even need to do the placing as they had sufficient cash anyway.

It looks like my 1p average down target should be within reach easily enough.

I suppose now that I shall have to wait and average down when this hits 1p again, as I'm sure it will with very little news forthcoming. Then at least I will have an average of 1.5p which will appear better than my current average of 2p (as I bought in after the 2p placing).

Fair enough, but I can't see why these LTH's should feel the need to get involved in the daily movements of the share price or even to feel the need to post every day, often for years on end, or for that matter to attempt to steady or reverse any share price fall. Why do they care? Why do they need to post?

If you care to read the posts on this thread - "News - or lack of it" it says much the same as I was saying yesterday - except for commenting on yesterday's woeful assays.

Go and pick on some of these posters who were also posting that it was unlikely that the Racecourse prospect alone would reach the 2MT buy in agreement with AAL, whether the Ascot prospect could be included in the 2 MT, as well as something I didn't even get round to mentioning yesterday which is the timescale for producing a potential 2 MT JORC and potential sale, which some posters were saying is more likely to be in 2023 than June of this year.

The share price took 7 working days in January to get from 18p to 40p - can we get the same result with the CPR? It's got to be possible.

I believe that the CPR for the significant discovery is due around the middle of May - in other words pretty soon.

My prediction is that it is going to be so big that the share price is going to have a similar rise to VAST recently and rise 400% on the day. 75p here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, fair enough, I can see that most of what I am on about today - apart from the very poor assays - has been discussed in detail over the last few days - largely under the "News - or lack of it" thread. I haven't been on this board or even keeping up-to-date for a while now.

I can understand the company perfectly well thank you. I can also see why the share price has dropped up to 15% today on the back of these very late and dare I say woeful assays.

If the price of copper does retrace then the support would appear to be at about $7,000/ton. That might sound silly but considering the copper price has dropped from a high $10,800 to a low of $9140 in the last 3 weeks then a similar drop from yesterdays low would see the price at $7.480/ton. That doesn't sound impossible.

But then maybe this share price is only down because the price of copper is falling. It is now down to just over $9000/ton from a high in March of $10,800/ton.

Both the price of copper and XTR share price have fallen simultaneously since the high of 19th April.

Let's hope copper doesn't go back to $5,000/$7,000/ton in the near future otherwise a buy at 5p here may seem a tad expensive.

Starting to pick up now - only 10% down on the day!!

I have just reread today's RNS to see if there might have been anything I had missed to justify the eternal optimism from certain posters here.

It turns out that there was something I had missed:

These assays are actually the HIGHLIGHTS FROM SIX DRILL HOLES. WOW.

So apart from the carrot of gold the best result from 6 expensive drill holes was a very modest "18m at 0.34% CuEq from 388m in drillhole BRDD-22-044"

Highlights

· The results have been returned from six exploratory holes on the Bushranger exploration project

· Full results are available in Tables 1 to 5 below, with best results including;

· 2m at 15.50g/t Au from 191m in drillhole BRDD-21-033

· 18m at 0.34% CuEq from 388m in drillhole BRDD-22-044

· 12m at 0.29% CuEq from 242m in drillhole BRDD-21-029

· 10m at 0.57g/t Au from 530m in drillhole BRDD-21-023"

Oh dear, these are quite woeful drill assays.

It's just as well CB found a carrot of pure gold as otherwise this would probably have gone down further - as it probably will over the next few weeks.

Let's hope theiceberg gets a personal mention from CB during the forthcoming interview seeing as they are such good chums for helping to prop up the ailing share price with his purchase.

I see the share price down 15% today. Don't blame me for that. That is a market reaction to a long overdue and poor assay result RNS.

I actually bought in here almost exactly a year ago (on 26/4/2021) after the second placing at 5.5p. It has been a very boring and unprofitable year.
