3 big sells between 1.15pm and 1.30pm for just over 2,000,000 - around £30K's worth - just when the buy price was around the 1.49p/1.5p level took this back down. Maybe the last of the Odey shares??

Cash was £9.8M on 30th June which is 2p for starters and that includes the £6.3M cash that was recently raised at 3p. Certainly plenty of upside if the sellers have finished.

No idea where all the sells have appeared from. The IPO placing was at 1p so there is hardly a justification or panic to sell them at 1.10p as has been happening all morning. And some buys were at 1.39p and even 1.40p on opening - a 1,000,000 buy has just gone through from 8.01.12am. Very strange.

It makes absolutely no sense at all. If you read the RNS it clearly says:

"Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania today announces that Ian Stalker (72) has decided to step down from his position as Non-Executive Chairman after five years in the post to reduce the number of his non-executive roles."

Why leave HE1 which should be by far the most exciting of his 'non-executive roles' and the one most likely to give him the biggest success. Something is just not right.

I wonder if the Roadshows are still on.

I don't think a Scotsman would have resigned if they had secured this rig for £2M. He would have stayed just to oversee the cheaper-than-cheap drilling. And he might have even wondered what the rig was worth in the real world. Caspian bought a rig for a few hundred thousand $'s which is now worth about $20M or more.

Buyers at 1.245p now. As soon as the sellers go - and there have been a lot of big 500,000 sells almost since opening and at a silly low price - then this should motor on upwards as the buying is strong.

Maybe a podcast sometime.

It's about time the big and mid-tier mining companies turned up at these lithium explorations rather than leave it all to the Chinese. This is a very welcome move.

By the way, £2M sounds more like the deposit on this rig. Cluff would have kept it and leased it to HE1 for more than that. They are not completely stupid - even though it suits the 'rose-tinted' shareholders on here to pretend they are.

Not sure who was waiting around here to sell this off at the first opportunity. Probably holders from the IPO which was only 6 months ago. Get these sellers out of the way and the share price might go up. Volume is good at 15 million and let's face it how often do the big players like Rio Tinto turn up at an early Lithium exploration? Huge news on the name alone.

Sounds like Ian Stalker is singing the praises to support the share price of his large holding.

Oh and it doesn't sound like he's too old or retiring as he clearly says 'that he is busy with other companies, some of which are AIM listed'.

John Ian Stalker is a businessperson who has been the head of 19 different companies. Currently, he holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman for Bradda Head Lithium Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman for Helium One Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman for Helium One Global Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Circum Minerals Ltd.

He is also on the board of Condor Gold Plc, UrAmerica Ltd. and K92 Mining, Inc. (former Chief Executive Officer & Director).

So he is hardly old and retiring. 72 years old is actually still young is this game.

We need to know how much of the available funds have been spent on this rig.

Ian Stalker was the only board member to own any shares with his 11,251,343. The next highest was David Minchin with 300,000. I don't think that Lorna Blane has any as she didn't appear to participate in the recent placing. James Smith, the new Chairman, held 140,000 shares as of the last placing - which does not show much commitment.

Of course, it will be interesting to see if he buys any more to accompany his much higher salary. NED's are usually only paid a few 10's of thousands while a Chairman will earn several hundreds of thousands.

Considering "James Smith has been a member of the Board of Helium One since listing in December 2020" then what is the great advantage of having an oil and gas expert in charge. He has been here all the time since listing and probably for a long time before.

He is also the only one of the management to hold any shares at all which reduces the commitment to succeed and even to keep the share price strong to practically zero.

Bloody odd time to stand down. And he was just about the only person keeping this outfit going, to be honest. Very strange.

Cheers Hall 123 that is what I was thinking. However, occasionally I do remember seeing 0% holding TR1's pop out though they might just be when a holding is reduced from over 3% to 0% in one go.

Considering Odey offloaded over 40 million shares over 2 days - 27th and 28th - then the final 13 million should not take too long.

Meanwhile, Odey still have 13,285,642 to sell as of opening today so there will be a few pullbacks today and maybe tomorrow as they offload them.

Can someone please verify whether Odey are required to issue a 0% holding TR1 or is that not required once they are under 3%???

IP Group don't seem to have sold any more since 11th July - 3 weeks ago. ODEY should be out very soon - do they have to issue a 0% holding??? Then it will become apparent whether IP Group are still selling.
