James Goozee declared a 5.3% interest (21,300,000 shares) on 25/4/23 when the share price was at least 5p.

"All this for £11m MCAP" - that was when the SP was 1.5p. The m/cap is now £28M...........

I expect it has been posted already, but I'll say it anyway that it is quite ridiculous for Mike Buck not to have issued an RNS simultaneously with the LSE Podcast. For goodness sake, there was extremely price-sensitive information given out in the podcast, as can be seen from the share price reaction from the moment the market opened after the release of the interview.

Not all MATD shareholders use this website. In fact, I expect the majority don't, including all of the Institutional Investors, and yet there is no other apparent reason for the fall in the share price apart from the info given out in the podcast. Anyone who doesn't have access to this website and the podcast would still not have a clue why the share price has fallen. I just feel that it is not a proper way of going on.

The bit that I just don't understand is why churn through placing shares at 12.25p when it is quite obvious that if they stop selling them the share price will most likely go back up to around the 20p mark. Why not wait and 'churn' them for a 50%+ profit?

Plus, with the rigless testing of 3 wells imminent, all 3 of which have been successfully drilled with numerous gas shows, it is equally obvious that the share price could/should reach multiples of 20p. What is the need to 'churn' these placing shares at all? Are the investors scared of making a profit? Very strange.

What is the share price prediction please if these wells all flow oodles of gas???

I will be most impressed if testing of these 3 wells is completed by the end of September, especially if they all flow super high amounts of gas. That should certainly add some value here.

Can someone remind me please what is the consensus predicted share price for PRD on successful testing of these three wells??

Of course, the other upside to this Prospectus, along with the funds for multiple well-testing, is that all the dodgy loaning of shares for placings have been repaid - albeit at a cost of another 45 million shares issued but then PRD have been steaming along with the drilling so it all needed to be paid for with new shares eventually. With the approval of this Prospectus everything is all above board, for now at least.

I thought that the updated CPR was to satisfy FCA requirements. To be honest there would be little point in bringing out a new CPR now with multiple well-testing imminent as the results of these tests will be instrumental in making accurate calculations of the gas in place, amount recoverable, etc, etc.

Slow and steady rise with 13p+ paid which makes me think that the prospectus has been submitted and approved and the placing can go ahead so the much-needed testing funds will be available from early next week.

Strong buying today. Nearly half of yesterday's total volume in the first hour of trading. Maybe a leak - the Prospectus is all done and about to be released along with the new upgraded CPR??

The share price is on the move upwards. Is this the start of the rise back to 20p+??

It is difficult to work out why these two very similar companies should have such vastly different market caps. Both have all of their eggs in one basket so to speak, both have similar potential assets, both have imminent drilling campaigns but Helium One has a m/cap of around £74 Million whilst Noble Helium has a m/cap of around £28.5 Million. The only other difference is that Helium One is listed in London while Noble Helium is listed in Australia.

That is quite a big difference in valuation and would support the theory that either one of these companies is vastly over-valued or one is vastly under-valued. But which is correct???

What is the very good sign about ex-directors cashing in options that were issued at 2.84p or 3.5p after they have already resigned and left?? Sounds more like greed to me and not of any benefit to HE1 as this is just more cheap shares being issued.

Wouldn't it be far simpler for the RNS to state exactly who has exercised their options and at what price and what sums have been raised???

Also it is a bit late for anyone to be still holding options from the IPO. That was several years ago. They should have been all exercised on or before the first drilling campaign. Since then management options have been issued at much higher prices than today's share price.

I still can't see why they would vest them now though. They would obviously wait and see if they hit gas on this next drill as they can be vested at any time up to February of next year. Also, all of the previous options, exercisable at much higher prices, appear to have expired.
