Is that your sell at 4.40p - 1,477,504 shares??

The RNS was a bit evasive on the possible acquisitions. Maybe more detail or even a podcast with David Craven might tempt me back in sometime.

I'm out for now but I may well get back in later.

I made £235 on Monday blundering through but recovered on Tuesday/Wednesday to exit with a £32,750 profit (all bought at around 1p on Tuesday).

I certainly didn't nail either my buys or my sells but who cares - a profit is a profit. Probably more to come here too!!!

It's a bloody good job that this is suspended. Imagine the chaos if it was still trading.

Dish will probably get a speeding ticket - as and when Aidan Bishop in the Phillippines notices that the share price has doubled and more. That could wipe out the rise pretty quickly.

This has gone from being wound up to the best potential RTO on AIM in just a few days. Full marks to the old directors who had no plans and were happy to delist. How exactly they found these 2 new directors looking for a shell we'll never know, especially as there appears to be quite a few shells waiting for the perfect RTO.

This is not going to be all over today anyway.

The new directors will need to announce their plans, either today or very soon; there could be director's buys; the directors might attract some Institutional Investment.

Also the ITS shareholders do not want to hand over a cheap shell to these 2 new directors who are mega-ambitious and successful and more than likely to get a huge RTO up and running. The higher the value of the shell company (within reason) the higher the percentage of the new company the shareholders will own. It is common sense.

While today is important it is not the only day. The share price might even be higher in the near future.

The starting point for any rise today is 2.5p/3p. Yesterday it was 0.8p. On Monday it was 0.2p.

A 100% rise will take the share price to 5p/6p. Anything is possible.

Anything could happen here after the last couple of days.

There might be a 'sell on news' reaction, or the market might assume that this news was known already.

Alternatively, we might get another huge re-rate, another 200%/300% rise. 2.50p could become 7.5p just like that. The greedy shareholders don't give a damn about the m/cap. They just want a slice of the action. Yesterday it was lumbering along at about 0.8p and then an hour later it was over 4p. If that happens again then 10p or more would be quite possible, especially if the new directors give some indication of what they have got planned.

Who knows? The good news though is that it will all be sorted in the next few hours with a favourable Dismissal. Then we shall see.

I can see this re-rating further as up until now it has all been about the dismissal of the winding-up order and the looming suspension. With that done, again assuming it is all in order and a formality, then this becomes all about the 2 new directors and what they have in store for this shell. As their appointment is binding then we should get some words from them accepting their appointments and laying down some plans for a RTO.

We all know the market is illogical - look at DISH which is up over 100% today on absolutely nothing except the re-rate here. ITS could quite equally rise up by another 100%/200+% today. Who knows.

It's just as well this is suspended otherwise this would have been a nightmare. Yesterday afternoon was bad enough.

Yes, once the paperwork has been sorted and the appointments made then the attention will start to focus on why these 2 industry heavyweights have turned up and what they have planned. They must have taken on the management roles for a specific reason and this novel approach to a RTO is going to create lots of interest and could well see a further large re-rating of the share price.

What a day!! I don't think many here were expecting that to happen, even after the rise on Monday. I sat around all morning waiting for the share price to fall back to around 0.6p to buy back in while fully expecting tomorrow to be the big day. Somehow I got lucky when I realised the SP wasn't going to fall back and loaded up quickly.

Anything could happen tomorrow. No one has a clue.

However, subject to the dismissal of the winding-up order, the appointment of these 2 new directors is huge. Look at this article about David Craven.

The 2 of them have worked together for many years and now they obviously have the need for a shell listing for something, and going by their CV's it is not going to be anything small.

Their reputations could very well be the catalyst for a further spectacular rise. Who knows!

Funnily enough, like a lot of posters on here, I also sold yesterday intending to buy back in today, probably towards close with a target of around 0.60p. Well, that didn't happen.

Fortunately, I panicked back in at 1 pm for an average of a tad under 1p.

I'm not worried too about the share price dropping back a bit now in the run-up to close. After all the share will be suspended on opening tomorrow until the result of the court case is announced. Then there might be fireworks all over again.

Well apart from the mad 30 minutes where the total lack of available shares in issue caused an almighty spike and despite the share price being some 300% up today on top of yesterday's 300% rise, the real business side of things actually kicks off tomorrow.

With the successful dismissal/withdrawal of the winding-up order, which should just be a formality, and the appointment of the 2 new already named directors, we should see a nice rise in the share price, especially if the new directors are able to give some kind of an indication of where exactly this shell is heading.

IG are a funny bunch. They will find the shares for you to buy even when the other brokers are all going to NT but you have to pay a premium. Then by the time the other brokers have put up their buy price IG are off up again. Very strange.

3.09p is the next target and will be reached I guarantee.
