IG - 3.09P TO BUY AND 2.71P TO SELL

IG are 2.85p to buy for anything around 100,000 - and 2.40p to sell.

Might even end the day at 3p the way this is going. The sells are small and all under 100,000 and the buyers keep getting gazumped!!!!!!!

IG doing the same - 2.65p now to buy 250,000

2.44p just paid. I could see that happening when IG upped the buy price and none of the other brokers had any size to sell.

Of course if the RTO is Allwyn then it might go straight to 25p......................

The joke is that this is just a quiet in-between nothing day today. The real fun starts tomorrow.

IG - ever the jokers - are asking 2.199p for 250,000. I expect the other brokers are going to NT.

Up by 150% today; say it rises by 100% tomorrow that will take it to 4p......

GUPL - WOW.

It is particularly nice and a luxury to have a target or two to hold for:

Firstly, the dismissal of the winding-up petition

Then the appointment of the 2 new directors.

Maybe some directors buys.

And of course some idea of what they have planned for this shell.

There is no reason to sell any while these targets are so clearly laid out.

And any pullback now is going to be heavily bought into because of the way the buy price keeps jumping up.

Who is going to be first to 2p? Any takers?

1.6996p to buy - though there are no takers as yet - and 1.6p to sell.

This may pull back towards close - but then again it might not.

I only bought back in since 1pm and all my buys were over 0.895p but somehow I am £7,800 up already. WOW.

Because the rise has been so fast and jumpy since 1.00pm any pullback now will quickly be bought into and will lead to further rises. Could see 2p by the end of the day. I wish I had got more but over 3% - not for me.

Thanks for pointing that out as I have got that same amount as you and I was planning to buy more but I don't want to get involved in declaring a holding so I have just put the brakes on sharpish.

It just shos how low the m/cap is as I wouldn't normally be getting past about 0.1% of a company let alone be sitting on nearly 3%.

They were all buys at 1.05p. The sell price was 1.001p. There were a lot of buys though at 1.05p but they seem to have all gone to new homes now though.

Sorry, yes, I meant at 2p that would be a £1M m/cap.

After all, there are only 52.5M shares in issue - and most of them were traded yesterday. So at 1p that is £1M m/cap. I suppose that £2/£3/£4M m/caps are all equally possible..................

It doesn't look like it's going to pull back like some of us were hoping. It's actually going up in jumps with practically every buy - and there aren't many sells around either.

I've just got back in under 1p and I don't think that will be here for long now.

The only real problem, and this is subject to a satisfactory conclusion tomorrow, is that the 2 new directors will only have 2 months in which to try and secure an RTO. As was stated yesterday:

"The Company has been an AIM Rule 15 cash shell since the disposal of its trading business on 27 March 2023. If the Company is unable to enter into a transaction which qualifies as an AIM Rule 14 transaction by 27 September 2023, the Company's Ordinary Shares will be suspended from trading on AIM, pursuant to Rule 40 of the AIM Rules. Admission to trading on AIM would then be cancelled six months from the date of suspension."

4 months of the allotted 6 months have been spent getting this far so that doesn't give them much time. Let's hope that the directors have something lined up that can be actioned very quickly. It would be a shame to get this far only to fall at the last hurdle.

Someone just sold 89,596 shares, which before suspension would have been valued at over £1M ( £1,165,000) for £50,000 - wow.

And there are other equally big sells going through - 50,000's, another 80,000+, 35,000 and 25,000's, etc.

Good to see there is a strong interest in Asia for Indonesian projects with Shell selling their 35% stake in a project that is still waiting for the final investment decision for what looks like a sizeable sum. Payment is half up-front and the remainder when the FID is signed and given the go-ahead. The project is now owned by Japanese, Indonesian and Malaysian partners.

Despite the delay of the GSA and the lack of news, this gas sales agreement followed by the divestment should be imminent.
