Going on that it shows amount of posts next to name then would think it is. Would also say it looks like a copy & paste of an article/document, so there would not be anything on posting style to look at.

Will add that going on Frr's history would think that on them securing the above must surly mean that they have convinced a private fund of some sort that they have something worth having.

In end, same as usal a wait & see.

On this $/£70M even though it might be how things might turn out. Going on this article & translation I would not take much out of it.

Will add that there is bits of info that is obviously no where near right in the article of which includes that GGOC owns 50% of Frr that thought might be down to translation.

I just think that if it has been the case that conditions have been as bad as mentioned then cannot see that many staff would have stayed on working for so long.
Anyway, let's wait & see, if some formal news is released over coming 4/5 weeks & obviously it is positive.

On it being the case that Frr have had production at any around 1500/2000bopd then that obviously is how we have paid off YA & some legal fees on that side we know not all.

Might be the case that ext is for 15/20yrs with milestones/targets & at somepoint another 15yrs would be added or if Frr have not offloaded the lot then a bit further down the road the S/Major will take the lot with help from 1/2 others.
Overall still looking likely there will be a very nice looking outcome for Frr & us.

On Frr coming back to life & having in a way handed over the $400M sunk costs then would be thinking that % given away would not be big.

I have also been thinking on late Jan/Feb for both to come to an agreement on matters & that happening will also sort problem of Hopeless.
One thing, is that we can believe as much as we want on this all coming to a positive conclusion, but in the end need an official announcement of which, let's hope arrives around above time mentioned, if not earlier.

Within around 12hrs this time last year we was going to receive our lovely Christmas present from our good friends. Let's think on our next present, is the sort of one that will put a big smile on holders faces.

Fozzer - Let’s also not forget the amount of money FRR has been spending for lobbying in the US over the past few years and as recently as the last quarter. Strange if you think this company is on its last legs.

Importantly, where is the money coming from to pay for lawyers and Politicians? Seems like an almighty tussle going on between the Georgian Govt, Hope/OMF and FRR over [apparently] an empty box. Who is to say that in the midst of the shadows, you have the Ruskies cahooting with Bidzina Ivanishvili?

As a Xmas-eve pray, hope that January will finally start to see the beginning of the end on the court cases and the arbitration hearing.
