On what has come out, it is looking likely that GOGC had offered something to Frr & it probably was concerning length of PSA . On that it is obvious that an ext to 2027 would be of no use to Frr of which the Arbitrator should easily be able to see. So as previously mentioned feel that on that being case they just might come up with a settlement that is somewhere in between the 7yrs & what Frr are looking for.

On it being the case that GOGC has offered an ext,b ut as not long enough then Frr declined it. Would think that there is a reasonable chance that Arbitrator would think on a decision along, same lines, but increase the ext. As the offer shows GOGC are seemingly ok with Frr, but the extension would be somewhere in between the offer & what Frr are looking at.

Agree with last sentence & contact with the senator that sent that letter would be good.
Now though this has gone so far up the chain with the USA government being involved then think we will have no problems on having to do above.

Overall on a SMajor offering a buy out to Frr then would not think that SMajor would worry to much on the length of PSA Frr have left. As GOGC would have thought would come to an agreement with the SMajor pretty fast on extending it by a good bit.

I would say, as mentioned by poster earlier, something to do with length of PSA of which believe was only until 2027.

Think that the 99% back was just to show a bit of strength, before arbitration/negotiating.

One bit, is that they are now waiting on an outcome.

Overall my thinking on this,as probably well known by now.
Is that Frr will/have come to an agreement with GOGC & when finally confirmed through official channels then frr will show up as being in a positive position of which all real shareholders will gain from.

Agree that it makes much sense on Frr offloading & in way ties in with the 2 other companies that have been set up of which ZM would be able to give a reasonable opening bank balance with part of his loot.

Great work again & on the paragraph concerning the writer being a lobbyist that just shows he is doing his job, in bringing this out in Congress. Will add that as the letter was signed by a big hitter then that shows it is not just down to the writer doing his job, if that is the case.

Even though, still not absoulately certain. As mentioned earlier not many companies, including $B ones have this sort of support on foreign soil from USA , so increases chances massively. Especially when dealing listed value of Frr was around $40M mark.

Will say that if there is anybody turns up generally saying that we are shafted then this letter I think is the answer that should be posted in reply.
Lets, as usual hope that we see some form of confirmation, sometime soon on a positive outcome on the arbitration.

One thing with this letter, is that seriously cannot see ZM & SN not keeping shareholders in the loop on Frr coming good. Especially as the letter has been signed by one or two big hitters, as they would not want to be associated with anybody who f.c.k up their shareholders.

Even though not a very positive one, like earlier. Still great find & always good on seeing anything that might take the edge off congressman letter.

Even though Frr has had backing for a while would say that this letter, is without doubt the biggest bit of evidence of that support of which can only be good.
Will add that it clearly shows USA hand on their thoughts on Frr in Georgia.
Still though need official confirmation on a positive result through the Arbitration for Frr.

The USA will to lay sanctions down in a way on behalf of Frr, is without doubt something not many companies would get.
