My look on it would be that ZM & SN would still pay out, but might be just the original amount Outrider paid for them with some interest.

In end, as mentioned we need Oopsi to give his opinion on the sentence that Frr put up that was from that document ie entities.

See my 8.02 post, but need Oopsi to confirm that I am right.

As mentioned thought that might be the case. Still best though to have Oopsi thoughts on that to make it completely clear.

Going on the line that Free mentioned with word entities in it then it might be better, as that seems to might be saying the liquidation includes all under Frr umbrella.
Overall need Oopsi to give his expert opinion on the posted document, as nothing is eco.pletely clear on it to most, if not all of us.

Looks like an affidavit has been handed over to court by us.

As Frr wanted to cease the case against Hope, but keep it open then chance that is the case.
Overall only thing all holders will think on is Frr finally coming through all this or a big SOLD sign outside.

On the info from Oopsi, I am also edging even closer on thinking same as you're last sentence.

It was an official site not anything to do with a news website/paper. So would say there is more credence to the info.

Going on Oopsi comment on where these documents co.e from, it looks very much like

As it now looks very much like the asset has been moved would think that there will be no problem in both parties coming to an agreement concerning arbitration.
