Overall there was probably not much chance of anything coming out of it. Especially, if the case that Frr have been just .aking more time on the bigger piece, arbitration.

The agreement that I & most want to see, is on the arbitration. So let's, see if that can come before year end.

Seeing the website back up does make it look like things are still progressing in the arbitration, as would not think there being any point in bothering.

On as far as the arbitration is concerned of which includes the PSA . Is it not the independent body that decides on the result & if that did go against Frr then cannot see Frr not coming away with a big pay off of which would include their investment + hefty pay off for all the data that would be handed over.
Overall though still feeling that Frr & GG will come to an agreement.

Paying off of company debt might be meaning the $5M tax.
Overall we still need something official.

It reads that the mention of representatives, is mentioned at start & think last sentence. So going on that it would seem to say that the reps at start, is meaning Frr.
Overall nothing really conclusive, but shows GG are in discussions with Frr of which, is good.

Would seriously think that on arbitration going wrong way of which, still feel it will not then GG would have to pay the $400M + a hefty +.
As all the data that is now known would not be without Frr.

Anybody got idea of when the bill starts to go through above & approx length of time it might take?

On it being the case that the only thing left for Frr to come to an agreement on is the length of the PSA then as those talks would have already been ongoing for 4/5 weeks, if not a bit longer would hope that the date for the arbitration to come to a conclusion by I think end of January can be met.
Lets hope that above can happen & we can finally have a nice looking positive conclusion, officially released.
