Great article SB and highlights one of the main reasons why Frontera have such heavy weight US political backing and why Exxon, Repsol and possibly BP are making moves in country.

We still don’t know if Steve’s outlandish claims of huge gas resources are true hence why new deep gas drills are required. I say lets get on with it and Make Georgia Great Again.

Nearly one year on from suspension now but I’m certain we’ll know our fate before the end of Feb 2020.

That is reason for using the word "might" & on offloading as there would have been a big/massive sell off the sp you would have got, just might have been just above single figures.

Will add, just a couple of things to think on, as we approach what we thought as one of the worst days for many, if not all, since holding Frr shares.

Only 2 days too above & how many would have sold out at the sp mark we was at & that sp would of obviously dropped fast?
How would any who had done been feeling now going on it is looking like Frr might come back with a big bang.

Will add that can only see one reason why the asset would be moved & obviously that it was to keep, it out of Hopeless grubby little hands of which would mean that if he wanted it & we know he has now shown he wants Frr shares then it shows that the box can surely not be an empty one.

On what SB mentions in this sentence of the post (So, for me, the bigger question mark is around the Arbitration hearing and securing a long term PSA rather than the case with Hope.)
On the above, as previously mentioned on it being the case that the asset has been moved of which I think was confirmed by a few GG/court documents that was post 3/4 weeks ago then I cannot see there will/has been a problem in securing a longer term PSA then the 7yrs that was mentioned in the article of the employees not being paid.
Wii also say what I & a few others, including SB that the arbitration, is the most important thing that needs to be sorted.

Ivy, as this is to do with discovery that would say increases it even more.
On as far as arbitration, is concerned going on GG allowing Frr to move asset that makes increasingly likely both side have come to an agreement or at least near on.

If it is the case that Hopeless & our two knights in just about shinning armour have come to an agreement the probably both sides would not want any details come out through courts documents.

100% correct that on there still being any shorts on Frr that have not managed to get out then Frr can destroy them & overall would not have any sympathy for them.

Would say that on Hope having a reasonable/good case against SN & ZM for the shares then on going for the shares, it might have null/void anything that they had against Hope through doing a deal with both of them.
Anyway this is all now seriously looking like it is coming to a conclusion & obviously nothing, is certain at moment. Would say though that it is looking more of a positive result for Frr/us then the other way.

If BP then would think most of any deal would already be worked out & some form of announcement would be in Februry, maybe slightly earlier.
In end, same as usual we wait & see.

A nice bit of positive Info & would think a reasonable chance B12 can be one of those significant projects.

Think it is a wind up, so don't think on it.

If a positive outcome on the arbitration can be announced this year then that I am sure would put a big smile on many & on that coming them Hopeless, is just a pain in the back & not a serious one either.

Think arbitration is due to end around mid January. So would be thinking that by mid/end February we should know 100% on
whether or not a deal has been reached between Frr & GG of which as the asset has been moved then cannot see that a deal will not be signed between both parties.
As usual though we need something official released, confirming above.
