Well done on posting info & Oopsi on great explaining on how it reads.

As mentioned on ii, if it is the case arbitration has come to a conclusion then as far as Levan, is concerned would think that it would not be added to CV unless it shows him in a good light i.e. a Frr positive result.
As usual though it is still only a maybe, as we need official confirmation to make fact.

On the side of arbitration, it might be the case that both sides have come to an agreement, but the arbitration still has to go through the complete process.
Until though there is a formal announcement/statement anything can still happen.

Arbitration would think, is down to when the Arbitrator wants it too of which is think sometime in Feb/March.

As by now everybody knows your view on Frr.
So why not stay off bb, iff you are right then you can come back, celebrate that & obviously the loss, if there really is one. Maybe you might even have a party for all the doom mongers & celebrate together.

Those companies probably had not spent anywhere near what Frr have & by looks of things not found anything close to the worth of Frr asset of which GG would not have even known about with the sunk costs.

Remember - the proceedings are meant to be entirely confidential - so games are being played here, and I doubt if this will go 100% in one direction.

As others have said this is heading to a conclusion in the next few months - and we can only hope that the FRR lawyers are working very hard to counter the Georgian claims. The press leaks only give one side of the story - am sure there are counter arguments running behind the closed doors

Dev says how I & few others believe this will go & that is 100% of asset will not go either way, but there will be some form of compromise & that will likely be on Frr side.

I had thought that all the legal s.h.i.t would be finished by around March/April, but alas not.
As long as the arbitration, is sorted in a reasonable positive way then that should think will also deal with Hopeless.

One thing is for sure & that is having Hope on the BOD during the arbitration process, just might have destroyed any chance of sorting it out with the GG.
So I am thinking on seeing, if any formal statement/announcement, is released over next 3 months.
As usual we wait & see.

Yes agreed Fozzer. The critical issue surrounds the PSA terms and length. The fact that legal battles rage on with Hope surely this is an indirect verification that the PSA was ‘slid’ out of FEGL to a new entity.

Very good explanation of how the ADR was mentioned & tried to be used.
In end, it is still the Arbitrartion that we want Frr to get a reasonable/good deal on. As without it Frr/us have f.c.k.all. So would say that not even worth thinking on Hopeless, especially at the moment.

I am still along the lines that some formal announcement on the arbitration will be out over next few months.
As you know though none of us have know anything, but just go on bits & pieces of info that has got out of which some of, is not worth the articles it is written in.

Going on the line below from Earsbern post, it does look like Frr are still maybe not wanting this to go on, but that is just as usual a might be.

FRR still want an ADR, but Hope/OMF won't go for it (unless the judge orders them to).

Could not agree anymore, as mentioned a few times.
If Arbitration, is 100% against then only thing left that I still believe Frr might just get, is get the sunk costs back.
So overall, it is clearly the arbitration that Frr need to have a reasonable outcome on, as the court cases are just noise & sure even Hopeless realises this.

Lets hope on above, in court case & especially arbitration.

Wrong One 1st time

Well, some movement in the Cali case as a ‘joint management case statement’ was submitted yesterday. So what’s important about that? Well, it’s ‘joint’ meaning that both parties have agreed on something. Remember last November, FRR had offered to withdraw the Fiduciary case provided it was done on a ‘no prejudice’ basis, which Hope/OMF rejected. Perhaps it relating to that. Perhaps they have agreed to some basic terms to withdraw the case or come to another agreement? Timing is also interesting as the Texan case is being heard behind closed doors next Tuesday. Plus all the drama/uncertainty around the arbitration and unpaid workers wages. If Hope was smart, he should try to do a deal with FRR on the CLNs and try to recover whatever he can, noting he only paid 25 cents to the dollar. Unfortunately I couldn’t download the document from the below link.
