So would not think any decision has been made.

Decision on the arbitration would have thought would not come out for at least few weeks, if not a couple of months, as I don't think that they rush into any decisions that are made.

One thing is, if you want to get the attention of another country & further on from that the you would normally want to use a company that would at least be known slightly. On as far as Frr are concerned they have been the equivalent of just a minute spec on a carpet, but that looks to be definitelyntely changing.

Many, including myself think this is looking on the positive side for Frr, but still need to be slightly cautious.

As previously mentioned Frr is now most defintely at the forefront of the USA not being happy with Georgia & seriously cannot see this being the case, if Frr's asset was not worth a pretty penny/cent.
Going by what was said in those 2 paragraphs from one of articles posted yesterday. The arbitration does look, as if it has been closed down, but now we wait on the outcome.

Overall I would still believe that something good will come out of the arbitration for Frr. How good though, is something not a clue.

The last couple of paragraphs, of part 2 does look interesting & seems to put Frr right up the front on all this.

I think somehow that ZM & SN had the move in their minds fairly well before carrying it out & reason for that was that time was running out & they thought this, just as another delaying tactic of which would get them over the line.

As mentioned & that is the moving of the asset was another delaying tactic of which gives more time.

Cannot see that SN & ZM would fight this arbitration, if they thought any chance of Hopeless getting it.
On as far as the arbitration, is concerned that I would think will be sorted before they can do anything about the moving of the asset & by then ZM would have the $s to pay off liquidators.
As usual though we wait & see.

I am generally, just going on how Madp posted on it of which, is why I did mention, if correct.
One thing that would think would need to be, is that the value of where the asset has been moved to, has/will rise by a good bit.
Overall would need Madp to explain in more detail then I can.

On that 5% that was left in the part of Frr that has now been made bankrupt does cover the Outrider debt, as I think Madp was thinking then that should be the end of the court cases.
If above, is correct though obviously there is is the main problem of the arbitration of which must at least now near on be concluded.
Lets hope on a formal release on the outcome, sometime soon.

Will add that looks like many Georgians are also unhappy on there so called "Dream Party" of which is easy to understand.

One thing is for sure & that is USA are looking serious on what has been said up until now. It also shows that Europe are also at least starting to think, same as USA.

Even though we still cannot say anything, is certain. Would say that most of what is coming out points towards Frr coming through the arbitration in a positive way.

Agree on that cannot see cases in USA having any major bearing on whether Frr are looking good over next couple of months or so.
