Overall GG might have a fairly well strong looking case, but at the same time Frr have very likely put forward strong mitigating circumstances of which created a good bit of their strong case.
So, as have believed of which, is that GOGC might get a bit more or if all they have to hand over a very nice looking amount of $s & don't just mean the sunk costs.
Still, as usual. It will be a formal announcement that will tell us the final outcome not what we believe/think.

Does not shine a bright light on Frr except confirms oil transportation of which is good. Will say that none of these articles seem to mention the small matter of liquidation & that process started around 1yr ago.

As far as I am concerned this is most definitely a time when have not got a clue what to believe on all of this. Think somebody over last year said something about "what if the USA got involvdd" well think we can definitely say they are.
If the arbitration has already come out with their decision of which still think they have not. Would just hope we can have a formal statement, sometime soon.

One thing that is clear & that is, it is not just USA having concerns about Georgia of which Georgia general public are probably also starting to hear those noices.

Full trial now for all this crap would take very likely yes of which none want now.
On there being a nice looking outcome for Frr then a good few of us would be gone & not worry over what might happen 2/3yrs down the line.

Agree that it is a bit funny that a very small oil company, such as Frr is causing so much political fighting & the USA being involved.

Generally I would think along the lines of Gipps 15.09 post of which makes much sence.

These letters are not just about Frr, but they are right up at the front on all of this & I am sure that the GG , especially the head of the Dream lot would not have a 2nd thought on the employees under normal circumstancies. Would add that their head is a multi $B & if really cared would help the ex employees & let everybody know he had.

Will also add that surely ZM & SN would not have been fighting for it all this time, if nothing there.

On the matter of whether or not Frr have a very nice looking amount of gas & oil on asset then what the f.c.k.are GOGC wanting to get it back, also Hopeless fighting tooth & nail for.
In end though as have mentioned a few time, it does not matter what anyone believes. The only thing that will tell us anything either good or bad, is a formal statement.

Think 1st time we heard of it was only a couple of months bac.

Below SB thoughts one of latest letters to GG & as mentioned it has more signatures i.e. around about 8/9

I think the timing of these letters are interesting and deserves more deliberation. It could be that the Arbitrators have guided the two parties to come to a resolution rather than relying on a final and binding Arbitration decision. We may well be in this ‘recess’ period now and the timing of these letters (plus some informal intervention from the US @ Davos - i assume) will add some energy in to reaching an agreement?

I also find it interesting that Georgians have allegedly spent $6m in legal fees on the Arbitration. If that is true, then I believe it Is being personally financed by is Bidzina Ivanshivili.

There are going to be General Elections in Georgia in October 2020; the Dream Team has been in power since 2012. I kinda agree with the US Senators that Georgia has not thrived under the incumbent political party. I reckon Bidzina Ivanshivili and his associates are Russian sympathisers yet portraying themselves to be US & EU supporters; time for the veil to drop?

Generally would say that it is the arbitration, itself that is being mentioned not any talks that might have gone on in the background.
