Yes, the shares are deffo able to be bought in an ISA.
However, if your current ISA annual ISA allowance is taken, you won't be able to add any more funds, and therefore wouldn't be able to participate.

Good2bhere, I'll second SLarry's comment. Everything is in the RNS, and the subsequent Open Offer circular (available via BPC's own website), if you want even more details.

Cheaper by just 0.25p, and after spread and commission, probably just over 2p anyway. And buying into the OO at 2p puts the money into a drill (providing full allocation is taken up).

This this time next year we should know whetehr there's at least some commercially viable oil at the site of the drill.
