Yes, the shares are deffo able to be bought in an ISA. However, if your current ISA annual ISA allowance is taken, you won't be able to add any more funds, and therefore wouldn't be able to participate.

Cheaper by just 0.25p, and after spread and commission, probably just over 2p anyway. And buying into the OO at 2p puts the money into a drill (providing full allocation is taken up).
