Yes it does, but there's sometimes price auctions after that, and also late reported buys/sells. Hence why there are reports of trades after 5pm.

To say there was some dilution given the Open Offer shares, we are actually doing quite well.
Possibly expect some slight volatility next Tuesday 12th, when the OO shares get admitted to the exchange, but I'm sure they'll stabilise around 2p then too :-)

"Given the issue price established for the Open Offer (being 2 pence per share), the terms of the Conditional Convertible Notes (as previously announced and approved by shareholders) determine that the conversion price will be set at a 25% premium to the Open Offer Price, being 2.5 pence per share. "

Not sure whether the price might actually drop slightly after the OO (whether successful or not) just because of c.20% dilution. That would give 1.6p, and an excellent buying opportunity.
Then the journey to spud should see appreciable rises beyond £100m MCap...
