Looks like someone took the brakes off the SP ... could it be something to do with rising inflation expectations, POG breaking downtrend from Aug-20 @$1,860 now up @$1,876 plus DXY toying with breaking down below $89.65 @4th attempt in as many days?

Might also be something to do with low AISC, sound ops management and good organic growth pipeline plus potential 'surprise' bonus when 3x repatriated licence areas can be actively (re)worked ?

@Swampy Agreed with currently high AISC and depressed SP any equity raise will go down like a lead balloon with shareholders, so debt funding seems far more likely especially as this loan for current mine will be paid off within weeks.

@Kully Yes that is broadly my goldilocks scenario as well as it leverages Kalaba plant and delivers long term value ... and yes a Divi would be a very nice 'thank you' once Kalaba is up and running. Just look at AAZ, been in there since early Jan-21 and come July when divi paid will have banked circa 3% and that is after having been spiked when I bought.

IMHO ARCM selling out lock stock and barrel too early for too little would be an absolute travesty having waited since Oct-2016 for this .... a few months more makes no difference.

@JTD Not much to say AAZ are doing what they do best running a mine/exploration with few surprises so no real news is good news. Announcement of the standard Dividend on par with 2019 is reassuring so they conserve cash for exploration and opportunities as they arrive. Also low AISC is particularly welcome against a backdrop of resurgent POG.

Shame little or no news on add licence areas but that was never in their gift until sorted by the government.

@Turbo Thanks for posting the Proactive interview with Gedd Hall (CCZ Non-Exec & SI Capital) following todays RNS.
Key things I picked up are:
> Big One geophysics identified parallel mineralised structures 2x to 3x the size of original BO targets structure
> Drill campaign to be updated based on modelled geophysics data at BO & Arya
> CCZ are already discussing strategic JV opportunities for their other Copper projects ... talked about in 'weeks'

Fantastic RNS providing geophysics updates at the Big One extending known Copper mineralisation along and parallel to known strike following inclusion of historic drilling indicating high grade mineralisation outside CCZs previous exploration envelope.
Looking forward to restart of BO drilling proper given all the new targeting data and known high grade intercepts.

@guys difficult to ask for a better drilling update RNS. How often do you get 50% strike rate? So 100% hit and mineralisation over 8 holes with OMCO8 still showing mineralisation at 120m is encouraging to say the least.

Looks like we have a stream of drill assay results to look forward to over the next 2-8 weeks and an Investor 'event' which I am guessing will follow assay results.

@Adam The very modest grades you saw quoted " trenches KHTR007 and KHTR008 dating from 2011 returned excellent results (best being 26 m grading 0.79 g/t Au) but were never followed up. The new trench TZTR085 is located 500 m southwest of the Tuzon deposit and returned 52 m grading 0.18 g/t Au" were for surface trenching where "Trenches were dug to 3 m or to 'refusal' (if bedrock reached) and were 200-204 m in length."

No drilling has yet taken place and 'assays' were derived from lab fire assays. They clearly indicate that there is gold present but drill testing is required and soil sampling grade was much lower than gneiss rock sampling as you might expect.
The RNS is very encouraging as it simply points to significant potential extension of strike lengths.

Just checking my daily and weekly POG charts drawn from high early Aug-20 and early Jan-21 and POG is now sat at or just above this downtrend/bull-flag with 'breakpoint' @$1,860 to $1,865.

Both Major and Junior gold/silver mining ETFs have also taken off as DXY (Dollar Index) has dropped again (& twice last week) today ... things might get exciting very quickly at this rate !

Well POG is now $1,866 so whether you use daily/weekly chart that downtrend/bull-flag is now under severe pressure as we are now pushing through it to the upside ... I'm thinking 'coiled spring'.
