Broadly speaking . . .21 May 2021 19:09
In my opinion, and with all due modesty, . . . broadly speaking, posters on (and readers of) this BB fall into two categories.
There are the ones who have the vision to see the bigger picture, with all of the factors which could influence it (technical issues, changing goalposts, govt agendas etc) and who have the intellect, maturity and experience to be able to interpret the picture in a rational, logical, measured manner; then to express their views on it without conjecture, assumption or hysteria. Or, to resist the temptation to express them at all.
Then there are others who lack those faculties and attributes and instead post unqualified, poorly-interpreted, over-emotional outbursts; indicative a sadly lacking intellect, poor judgement, emotional weakness and a tendency towards attention seeking behaviour.
There is a sub-group of this second category that will even resort to personal attacks on the ability and integrity of the Avacta Board and employees; an unforgivable slight on a group of people to whom they owe a huge dept of gratitude but are too self-serving and spiteful to acknowledge.
For example, Gruffel’s post at 15.17hrs and the 15 people who ticked it up.
Further examples would include the peculiar posters who simply regurgitate the same tedious, ill-informed ‘opinions’ every day, in some cases, all day. So . . . Turtle, Ndn, Rolly, gkb, MFM, Zendog and others who are so notable, I can’t recall their names . . . plus whichever clown started the ‘Now 3 weeks and I still can’t count’ thread.
Got that off my chest, now, I’m off out for a pint . . . in the coming minutes.
I’ll check in later to see the responses from Category No. 2 and laugh at them.
