I can definitely see with the right news this will absolutely explode and together with a T/O could easily see the highs of 40p again.

Conrad, actually to keep the ball rolling/plates spinning don't be too surprised if a select few of Amit's inner circle are actually paid something on the condition they tell the world, that will keep the rest of his disciples happy easily until next year, let's hope for everyone's sake that the authorities start to turn the screw soon.

"Amit is now feeling the squeeze" I too get that impression, hopefully Amit will soon be "forced" to stump up at least a portion of the cash (out of his own pocket of course) to appease the shareholders or stop the bs updates all together, either way it does feel like the end is near.

At least now there's no wriggle room left for Amit with that guarantee in place and the portal link working, so finally at last there is a definite final date (EOB a week today) for pi's with any share certificate (company or ComputerShare issued).

Well there were about 450M shares at delist and nearly a Billion shares now, if Amit sold them at 1p each which was his going rate then he's made £5.5M in the last 7 years.

I would say that was more than enough reason to awaken the Kraken and issue a further 33 bs updates.

Quite simply it's easy money for him although I think the suckers list has now dried up.

I actually think Amit is trolling everyone and having a right good laugh, now officially 33 updates (world record maybe) without a single notification or payment and yet some incredibly still have faith in him.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Art retained his position and wages in the new company, probably been his game plan since the Atomic acquisition (all paid for by shareholders).

I get your point but Amit clearly stated the latest share count was close to a Billon shares which obviously includes ALL previous paper/nominee shares whichever jurisdiction/country they were originally issued in.

The company will definitely be able to recover the domain name as it was obviously transferred without the current boards permission. Normally it's just a case of the registrars reversing the transfer themselves and could be completed in a few day's but if it get's complicated with US & UK lawyers involved then it will need to go to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution which could take some time, at least it still points to the website.

ComputerShare is a massive company dealing with thousands of listed companies worldwide, once a company like Cloudtag delists if a broker decides to not hold it's shares in it's own nominee account then it instructs ComputerShare to transfer each shareholding in to a paper certificate which it then posts to the shareholders address, a very common procedure but most importantly you still own shares in Cloudtag even though it is a delisted company.

I'm only saying this as there seems to be a bit of confusion about paper certificates even though obviously no one is getting paid, as Spikey say's the latest update indicates that there is still a few mugs left willing to buy more shares, when there's none left then the updates will stop.
