I suggest you re-read Doug's last few posts for the "why" and Tim's posts for the "getting proof of the money" and if there is indeed any money (I'm 100% sure there isn't) then you have to be proactive in getting it such as joining a Group Action, Amit certainly isn't going to give it to you voluntarily.

Conrad, I believe Phase 1 will determine via an EGM resolution to demand to see financial documents if there is actually any money that Amit is withholding or that it is indeed a con, £100 is in the grand scheme of things a small sum to pay to finally get some truthful answers out of Amit after 7 years of constant lies.

What the market is waiting for is solid contract news, a financial tie up with NCI in the millions would ten bag the sp in a day, all the evidence shows the company is heading in the right direction it just seems to be at a snails pace.

The ideal solution I guess would be for Summit to do a deal with CAG & MC before any legal action starts (and invoices paid) to offer say 6p per share for all current shareholders and those with crystallized losses minus MC's 20%.
