The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Is it not blindingly obvious that if Amit was actually telling the truth (would be the first time in 7 years) all brokers would at least have heard something from the Agent by now, I mean how difficult is it for them to at least email the brokers some information. Amit's continued silence when all the brokers contacted him last week tells you everything you need to know.
I literally can't wait until the 5 weeks are up to hear the excuses from the shills and gullible about why they haven't received a penny yet.
Watch out folks, this has happened many times before, a big rise just before a fund raise and then the inevitable crash.
Shares are obviously now being forward sold and the common denominator for each raise is good old Willec who pumps it to death and then leaves once his job is done,'
History just repeating itself again.
Pete, 1984 isn't bright enough to understand the question, I think less than four words might help ;-)
14th update and still none the wiser, same old Amit.
When the Agent is named and Nominee account holders are contacted then it's game on but until then the soap opera continues.
Has Amit ever told the truth even just the once since 2016?
Maybe he's taking in to account a 50% tax rate but we all know it's porkies anyway.
Spikey, I'm pretty convinced now that a number of the shills here and in the past are actually Amit himself, they have the same uneducated way of communicating as the Cloudtag website updates.
Have you also noticed now that pi's have got actual brokers involved, the language from the shills is getting more and more offensive and personal, I find this a good sign as Amit is now under pressure to deliver because his bs delaying tactics don't wash anymore, even his deciples are beginning to have doubts.
Amit must be bricking it now that brokers are actually contacting him in an official role, I doubt very much he will have the balls to delay anymore, so I expect it's either an initial payout (4p per share) or a complete backtrack saying the deal has fallen through all wrapped up in a nice NDA, after nearly 7 years since delist the endgame has indeed arrived.
Rktech, thanks that did make me smile and so true.
The thing I like about proper brokers now being involved is that it's one thing to "pretend" to pi's there's a deal but brokers won't stand for any bs and Amit could be liable for some serious legal action if he starts the same delaying tactics again.
I would say it's now game on unless Amit backtracks completely and say's the deal has been cancelled.
Big question for the certificate holders is when will Amit give out the "agents" contact details.
"we're aware of the announcement in regards to CloudTag "
Unfortunately this could just mean that they have seen the update on the Cloudtag website like everyone else. Hard evidence is when Amit actually makes contact with all the brokers which obviously he hasn't done yet.
Helx "If payment doesn’t happen by the 15th of Dec - it’s not ever gonna happen imo. He’s nailed his balls to the cross with the latest update."
What's the bet that Helx will still be posting how much he loves Amit after that date even though no payment will have arrived or ever will.
Excellent post.
I believe the guy who brought up the number of non whites in the company only did so in order to get a lower entry price, once he bought in he was all positive again, unfortunately it happens all the time.
Have patience, still another three days for the next can kick, Amit hasn't let us down yet.
"he must have been scraping the very bottom of the gullible pi barrel for quite a while now, so maybe you’re right that the supply has finally run out."
This forum and Twitter proves that there are STILL some very very gullible pi's left for Amit to work over, even something as innocuous as the website being down gets them in to a lather.
You could never say the words "lucky" AND "shareholders" in the same sentence with this company, maybe replacing "lucky" with "scammed" would be more apt ;-)
"Anyone think different?" the intelligent people here will of course agree with you.
P.S. The gullible will instantly now call you a troll and have your post deleted.
Nearly every share I've been in has some sort of corruption and seems to be getting worse over the years but when a bod/ceo blatantly lies in rns's we really have no chance, the transfer of wealth from little honest pi's to the corrupt big boys is plain to see every day.
