As for CTAG it's far too late for any court action or indeed any means of shareholders getting anything back, I even think the countless bs updates have now probably come to an end.

Main market I think, yes you're right pi's wrongly think they are better protected, it will be interesting to see how successful their class action will be with over 500 shareholders taking part, it's a pity Tim's ctag action group at Hyde park didn't do the same thing at the time.

I think the main problem nowadays is that it is so hard to find good companies to invest in outside the ftse100, a good example of directors screwing over their shareholders is COPL and that's main market, now all ending in a class action.

I would have thought it is quite simple really, it doesn't matter if you've traded it multiple times or held until suspension, it is the total loss that you are claiming back, I guess the difficulty is determining the number of shares to put down on the form.
