Impossible to prove either way however Occam's razor would suggest Amit is still selling shares hence the discrepancy in the share registry.

Amit overcomes this by giving out as few details as possible which works for the few remaining gullible folks, however the vast majority know he is lying with each new bs update confirming it.

Soyo, unless of course he's been selling more shares which most of us strongly suspect and he now can't remember how many there is.

Amit was always going to go with the smallest group to pay first which is certificates issued by himself (smallest financial outlay), then certificates issued by ComputerShare and finally nominee accounts with brokers, ironic really since one of the main conditions in the bs updates was that everyone had to be paid at the same time.

My guess is that to give himself a few months breathing space he will reluctantly pay a small sum (out of his own pocket) to a select few of his disciples who will then inform everyone else that payment is finally on it's way, in fact he could keep that up for years while genuine pi's get nothing.

The ONLY viable way to bring this to a close is to get either the authorities or his family involved or he dies from old age.

Actually if true that would be great news if Amit decides to take someone to court as it finally means that he would be forced by law to prove that there is a deal worth $255M, that there is $50M in escrow, that the money was held in CIBC bank, that there is an independent payment Agent, that all brokers had been contacted by said Agent, name the mysterious company that is buying Cloudtags non assets, that Hugh Risenbrow was employed at Cloudtag AND that a runway was constructed in a jungle.

If Amit is indeed telling the truth for the above 😂 he will obviously have detailed documentation for everything and remember any pretend NDA's are null and void in a court of law, hopefully then can this sorry saga finally end.

As has already been mentioned Amit has dug himself a humongous hole and is totally unable to get out, each new bs update makes the hole deeper. His family must be so proud of him.
